Lunch meal will be served during the Cairo tour at a good quality local restaurant in Cairo. Next sightseeing of your tour in Cairo is Memphis Necropolis, the oldest capital of Egypt and the legendary city of King Menes, who united Upper and Lower Egypt. There you will visit the huge cemetery of ancient Memphis city, which was an active burial ground for more than 3500 years, the final resting place for deceased pharaohs and their families, and is Egypt's largest archaeological site. Also, you will visit Sakkara - one section of the great necropolis of Memphis city, best known for the Step Pyramid, the oldest known of Egypt's pyramids, built for King Zoser. Day 2: Egyptian Museum, Citadel, Alabaster Mosque, Old Cairo, return to Port Said
Have breakfast at your hotel in Cairo and continue the second day of your Cairo sightseeing tour with your guide to visit the Egyptian Museum with the extensive collection of 120000 items of ancient Egyptian antiquities, famous by artifacts of the child king Tutankhamen's tomb, which was found mostly intact.
