Point blank: taking a tour w/ Egypt Fun Tours was the absolute best decision I could’ve made!
I found this company (thanks Trip Advisor!) very last minute and was so happy to read the great reviews. Reaching out to this company was a no-brainer, despite the fact that I’d done so a few hours before my flight to Egypt. Even better was that Hamada responded via WhatsApp practically immediately and set everything up. One man by the name of Mohamed picked me up inside the airport and helped me through Immigration/Customs which truly made the process so streamlined and easy. Immediately I knew this was going to be good experience. I was then taken to another man, also by the name of Mohamed, who picked me up and took me on THEE best tour I’ve honestly ever been on! I’m not usually a fan of tours, but it truly was as though I was hanging out with an extremely knowledgeable friend that totally embraced me in showing me so many corners of Egypt! Mohamed knows so much about this country and it’s history and culture and he is clearly so passionate about this work and it shows. Not to mention, every engagement I’ve had with anyone from Egypt Fun Tours was incredibly friendly! Everything in the tour was included in the price which also streamlined the process. For context, I had about 10 hours before my next flight and I feel like i really got the experience of a LIFETIME and one that I’d never forget. I definitely intend to return to Egypt (for much longer than a layover!) and, without a doubt, intend to take a longer tour with Egypt Fun Tours. Don’t make the mistake of adding significant value to your time in Egypt! I’m beaming just thinking about it!

A must visit when in Cairo. I recommend having a tour guide to help you navigate through the museum. Wear comfortable shoes as you’ll be walking through the different areas of the museum. It was fascinating to learn about the civilization process. Many artifacts are displayed and my favorite part was the mummified display section of the pharaohs. Very informative tour and you leave with a great history lesson about Egypt civilization..
I wanted to do something spectacular to commemorate my fiftieth birthday and my mother’s final major vacation before she turns eighty next year. This trip met all of Mum’s expectations and was her “favourite vacation ever.” We were welcomed at the airport by a tour representative who assisted us with immigration and helped me acquire a sim card and money. The Great Pyramids of Giza, Saqqora, Memphis, and Cairo were visited on the first two days. Even in Cairo’s congested traffic, our guide and driver were outstanding. After that, we flew to Luxor for a seven-night cruise aboard a Dahabieh to Aswan. Both the boat and the staff were fantastic, with excellent service and cuisine. Starting in Luxor, we went on excursions with a wonderful native guide at each destination. After Aswan, return to Cairo for the final day of sightseeing, which will include old Cairo, Islamic Cairo, and Coptic Cairo. This trip checks all the boxes if you’re searching for a cultural and historical tour of Egypt. The guides were all wonderful with my 78-year-old mother, and the transfers and excursions were all COVID safe. After all the luxuries, all that’s left is to lose the additional pounds (any chocolate covered dates)

We found Egypt Fun tours on the internet. Hamada responded quickly, and we agreed to spend two nights in the desert with him, visiting the Siwa oasis. What a journey it has been! Despite the fact that we are both 69 years old and have traveled extensively, this vacation well exceeded our expectations. It’s tough to put into words how stunning the big sand sea desert is. Camping beneath the stars, delicious meals, and a sense of being true “out there” Hamada is dependable, safe, and trustworthy, and he loves and respects the desert. Now is the time to visit Egypt before it becomes a popular tourist destination once more. Sam
