At Cairo International Airport, our representative will greet you with an Egypt Fun Tours sign. He will help you with all of the formalities at the airport, and then you will be met by your private tour guide, who will transport you in a private A.C car to your Cairo hotel where you may check-in and relax. We will pick you up in the evening to begin your luxury vacation in Egypt with the greatest Dinner Cruise you have ever experienced. In such an activity, you will see some amazing concerts put on by traditional Egyptian bands, have an open buffet, learn some intriguing tales about ancient Egyptian civilization from your tour guide, and then be sent back to your hotel when your tour is through. On the second day, your tour guide will tell you of your pick-up time and will organize everything for you. Spend the night at your hotel.

Day 2: Discover the Pharaohs’ Legacy in Cairo

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your Cairo hotel before being picked up by your private tour guide to begin your luxurious travel to Giza, where you will see some of the city’s most beautiful sights, including:

The Great Pyramid of Giza: Imagine seeing one of the Seven Wonders of the World on your first day of viewing the wonders of Egypt. Isn’t it thrilling?? There are several other pyramids in Giza, but this one stands out owing to its amazing size, unique building style, and several other elements that make it Egypt’s most visited tourist attraction. It was created by the great monarch Khufu, who attempted to finish what his father Sneferu had begun, and it is there that the true history of Egypt speaks to you.

The Great Sphinx of Giza: There is another astonishing site in Giza that surprises people that visit there, in addition to the majestic pyramids. It’s called The Big Sphinx, and it was created during King Khafre’s reign. He wanted to build a great item to defend the Giza pyramids complex, so he came up with the concept of giving the Sphinx a lion’s body and the king’s facial characteristics.

The Valley Temple: Due to ancient Egyptian beliefs about the afterlife, they were able to achieve an incredible level of mummification for their dead, and the Valley Temple was the site of their mummification and purification operations for their kings and queens. After that, you’ll have lunch at a high-end Egyptian restaurant before rejoining your tour guide for another fantastic excursion to:

Step Pyramid of Saqqara: Apart from the three great pyramids in Giza and the lesser ones, Djoser’s Step Pyramid is the first and most distinctive of them all. It was built expressly for the king, and they wanted it to be more than just a regular Mastaba. The standard tomb for the ancient Egyptians was a pyramid, so they built one on top of the other until the pyramid took on the form of a stepped pyramid.

Memphis City: You will now be moved to the site of Egypt’s first capital, which served as the focal point for the bulk of the country’s religious, social, and commercial activities. There are many sights and monuments there, but the lying statue of King Ramses II is without a doubt the most spectacular.

Finally, we’ll return you to your 5-star hotel for the night.

Day 3: Marvel at Alexandria’s majesty

Enjoy your breakfast in the morning before we pick you up from your Cairo hotel to begin an imaginative tour of Alexandria, where you will meet your tour guide and visit:

Citadel of Qaitbay: This majestic fortress is regarded as one of the Mediterranean Sea Coast’s most important defensive fortifications. It was a highly prominent site in Alexandria in the 15th century, and it was built on the same site as the Alexandria Lighthouse, which was regarded as one of the Seven Wonders of the World, but it was demolished and rebuilt with Qaitbey Citadel.

The Library of Alexandria: Many believe this to be one of Alexandria’s most intriguing and compelling tourist attractions since it gives a large room for information seekers. There are six more specialist libraries, including the Arts & Multimedia Library, the Taha Hussein Library, the Children’s Library, the young people’s Library, the Exchange & Archive section, and the rare books section, in addition to the Main Library.

After that, have lunch at an excellent Alexandria restaurant and prepare to round out your day with a special visit to:

Pompey’s Pillar: This is a Roman Triumphal Column in Alexandria, Egypt, and it is the biggest of its kind outside of the imperial capitals of Rome and Constantinople. This one-of-a-kind masterpiece is one of the world’s biggest ancient monoliths.

Kom El Shoqafa’s Catacombs: You would be astounded to learn that this monument was found by chance in 1900 due to a donkey and that its catacomb is Egypt’s largest-known Roman burial place devoted to religion in ancient Egypt. There are three levels of tombs and rooms dug into bedrock to a depth of 35 meters within the Catacombs.

Then, after your trip is over, we will transport you back to your Cairo hotel for the night.

High Dam of Aswan: Enjoy a private tour of one of Aswan’s most stunning contemporary attractions, which was built between 1960 and 1970 to protect valuable Nubian monuments from flooding. The incredible Aswan High Dam has had a huge impact on Egypt’s economic, social, and political life since it generates a lot of energy and has revolutionized the country’s whole way of life.

The Unfinished Obelisk: This is one of the most intriguing obelisks created in ancient Egypt during Queen Hatshepsut’s reign. She planned for it to be one of the biggest obelisks as a companion to Karnak’s Lateran Obelisk, but its upper half shattered, prompting the queen to instruct her builders to halt working on it and leave it as is.

Temple of Philae: It was a truly important religious temple in ancient Egypt, and due to its importance, the government decided to relocate it to its current location on Agilikia Island, where it is now safe and visited by thousands of tourists. It was dedicated to the goddess Isis, the goddess of love and beauty, and it was a truly important religious temple in ancient Egypt.

Then we’ll take you to a fantastic Egyptian restaurant for lunch, and then you’ll have a seamless check-in at your 5* hotel to unwind. We will pick you up from your Luxor hotel in the evening to join your tour guide for:

Luxor Temple: The mesmerizing Luxor temple, which was built approximately 1400 BC, is one of the most impressive attractions on the Nile River’s east bank. This is one of the few temples in the world that isn’t devoted to a single deity, but rather to the restoration of royalty.

Finally, we’ll return you to your Luxor hotel for the night.

Day 7: In Luxor, continue your historical journey.

After breakfast in your 5* hotel, your tour guide will take you on another fantastic excursion to Luxor’s west bank, where you will see:

Memnon’s Colossi: There are many legends about these twin statues of King Amenhotep III, who built a mesmerizing mortuary temple but the whole temple was destroyed, leaving just these two sculptures. Visiting them is a genuine journey one must be prepared for.

What People Say About Us
5/5

Thank you Egypt Fun Tours for a most memorable trip. I admit I didn’t do any of the planning (it was all done by my boyfriend) but as you can read in the reviews below Hani (the owner of Egypt Fun Tours) is superbly organized and accommodating with scheduling.

My boyfriend and I, and our dearest mutual friend, booked the 7Days-6Nights tour. In short time, we visited Cairo, Aswan, and Luxor sailing down the down the Nile, pit stopping to see key sites at these location – and so much more!!! We got to know the ancient and modern egypt in depth thanks to Hani’s impressive knowledge. He also enlightened us on the people and their beliefs and went as far as showing us what a typical life looks like. I cannot express the level of personalized service Hani offered us. He was flexible to adapt to our requirements and added sites to our schedule that was not part of the tour simply to ensure we were 100% satisfied with our experience in Egypt.

I went to Egypt practically blind-folded, not knowing what to expect, especially considering the time we had decided to go (December 2020 – we were the first group that Hani met with after months of having to put his tour agency on hold considering the pandemic) yet he managed to surpass all of our expectations. I felt so incredibly lucky for us to have stumbled on Hani. I would recommend Egypt Fun Tours to anyone and everyone. It was truly, HANDS DOWN, the best cultural experience I’ve ever had. You’ll be in the best of hands.

Hamada was incredible! So knowledgeable and kind. He had information about every item, street corner, and relic we looked at. Any questions we had, he had answers! He even made sure to give us tips while walking through the crowds so that’s we would feel more comfortable when being approached by vendors. Oh and the food?! He took us to the best places! Delicious food!! We tried Egyptian fried chicken, falafel for the first time, the best shawarma in the city (we love food). We even got to meet his beautiful wife and children and try some “French” Egyptian coffee in their home! Truly made friends for life!! We’ve promised to host him and the family when they travel to America for the first time! Such an incredible experience, and Hamada (and family) made it that much more memorable and amazing!

Excellent trip to historic sites with no one else around. We came to see Egypt while most places still had COVID19 fears. The staff at Egypt Fun Tours were professional, safe, and great to deal with. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and entertaining. I feel like I just got a a year of Egyptology in the last week and we had all the sites to ourselves due to COVID19. While people are shutting down and staying home you should feel safe to come explore with Egypt Fun Tours and have the place to yourself.
