The Giza Pyramids complex is a work of timeless art that houses several age-old treasures, including:
The Great Pyramid
The final of the ancient world’s seven wonders, the Great Pyramid of King Khufu was created by the king’s vizier Hemiunu in 2600 BC to serve as his gate to the stars. It is the epitome of magnificence. It weighs up to 6 million tonnes and consists of 2.3 million chunks of limestone rising to a height of 147 meters (481 feet).
The Great Sphinx
The mighty Sphinx of Khafre, a supposed mythological being imprisoned in a limestone body and bearing the visage of Pharaoh Khafre as a sign of his strength and wisdom, existed from 2558 to 2532 BC. The dream stele of Thutmose IV, which tells a fascinating tale, stands in front of it.
The Valley Temple

The whole family will have lunch at a magnificent restaurant with a view of the Pyramids and the Nile before traveling to:
Step Pyramid of Saqqara
Since its construction between (2670–2650 BC) to have a unique funerary complex and a remarkable courtyard, the Great Step Pyramid of Saqqara was the key to the Golden Age of Pyramid Constructions. The famed vizier Imhotep planned and constructed the six stairs, which rise to a height of 62 meters.
City of Memphis
One of the earliest towns ever built, Memphis City has founded in 3200 BC as the country’s first capital while being guarded by the deity Ptah, the patron of craftsmanship and the arts. King Menes was in charge at the time.

Temple of Hatshepsut
Hatshepsut Temple is a work of living art that was carved out of the Deir el-Bahari cliffs in 1479 BC to represent the new kingdom’s classical architecture. It was designed to serve as Hatshepsut’s primary royal mortuary, honor Amun, and host the valley festival in Amun’s temple.
Before visiting, the whole family will pause to eat their lunch:
Memnon’s Colossi
To celebrate his tremendous accomplishments and preserve his history and legacy, Pharaoh Amenhotep III (1386–1350 BC) had the 60-foot-tall Colossi of Memnon (also known as the “Colossi of Memnon”) carved from quartile.

It is Egypt’s greatest example of Ottoman architecture and workmanship. The walls of the mosque, which was called “The Alabaster Mosque,” were constructed with white alabaster from the Giza complex.
The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization
