Cairo Day Trip from Sokhna Port: Pyramids & GEM

An “Egypt Fun Tours” representative will pick you up from Sokhna Port. Find them by the cruise exit door. Then, an air-conditioned vehicle will transfer you to Cairo. You will enjoy a private guided tour of Cairo and the Pyramids from Sokhna Port. The tour begins in approximately three hours. You will start by visiting Cairo’s tourist attractions, including:

Giza Pyramids Complex

The divine Giza Pyramids complex came into reality during the times of the Old Kingdom (2686 – 2134 BC). It showcases the eternal legacy of the ancient Egyptian royalty. These pharaohs successfully immortalized their names in the history books.

The Great Pyramid

The Great Pyramid of Giza is a mind-bending miracle. King Khufu (2609 BC – 2584 BC) created it. It stands as a magical art piece. It offers a heavenly gate leading to the heavens. Khufu’s royal main vizier, Hemiunu, conceived of it. It reached a total height of 147 meters and weighs a total of 6 million tons. They built it in 20 years. Ramps powered more than four thousand free-paid workers. The great pyramid contains several main chambers. These include the Queen’s chamber, the King’s chamber, the big void, and the grand hall.

The Great Sphinx

The Great Sphinx, also known as Horus of the Horizon, serves as an eternal symbol of greatness. It showcases the strength and wisdom of Pharaoh Khafre (2558 BC – 2532 BC). This mythical giant piece of art contains the dream Stele of Thutmose IV between its legs. They added this in 1401 BC.

Finally, we will transfer you back to Sokhna Port. We will take you to the cruiser door. Meals: Lunch.
