Karnak Temple: The magnificent Karnak Temple was built over 247 acres of land on the east bank of the Nile in Luxor more than 4000 years ago to host the shrines and temples of various ancient Egyptian deities like Isis, Ptah, Amun, and others, transforming the complex into one of the world’s largest open-air museums.

Then you’ll proceed to:

Temple of Luxor: The blessed Luxor temple, built in 1400 BC by Amenhotep III and enlarged by Tutankhamun, Ramses II, and even rebuilt by Alexander the Great to worship the Theban Triad of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu, is the abode of celebration and festivals.

You’ll have lunch on an island, which will involve a boat ride, before checking into your 5* hotel and relaxing.

Karnak’s Sound and Light Show:

Luxor’s lovely evening is a magical spectacle of music and light at Karnak, where every single statue is painted by magical lights that bring life to everything, with intricate and divine melodies beginning to flow within, retelling the entire history of ancient Egyptian civilization.

You will check into your 5* hotel in Luxor for the night at the end of your first day.

Day 2: Visit the West Bank of Luxor: You’ll start your second day with breakfast before checking out of your hotel in a private air-conditioned car with your private tour guide and heading to:

The Kings’ Valley:

The magnificent abode of the immortals The Valley of the Kings is located in the heart of a mountain and comprises approximately 63 spectacular tombs dating from the New Kingdom (1570-1070 BC) and possessing the most captivating collection of jewels, artifacts, and wall decorations worthy of exploration.

Temple of Hatshepsut:

In the bosom of Luxor’s West Bank, a stunning architectural wonder was built to honor the creator deity Amun and highlight the vast legacy of one of the most successful monarchs in ancient Egyptian history.

Memnon’s Colossi: The surviving colossi of Memnon, built by Amenhotep III from quartzite and standing at 18 m (60 ft) high, resembled in 199 AD after being struck by an earthquake in 27 AD.

Finally, you’ll have lunch at a Nile-view restaurant before returning to your Port Ghalib hotel. This brings your two-day tour from Port Ghalib to Luxor to a close. Note that you have the flexibility to change your itinerary at any moment.
