Day 1: Transfer to Luxor – Explore Luxor Attractions
We will pick you up from your hotel in Marsa Alam in a private, modern A.C. car to begin your Abu Simbel & Luxor Trips from Marsa Alam. Upon arrival in Luxor, your private Egyptologist guide will accompany you to visit the city’s famous historical sites, including:
Valley of the Kings: This site, the final resting place of Egypt’s rulers from the 18th to the 20th dynasties, houses tombs for great pharaohs like Ramses II and the boy pharaoh Tutankhamun. The tombs came well-stocked with all the material goods a ruler might need in the next world. Most of the decoration inside the tombs remains well-preserved.
Hatshepsut Temple: This stands as one of the most beautiful and best-preserved of all the temples of Ancient Egypt. Builders constructed the temple on three levels, with two wide ramps in a central position joining the levels together.
Colossi of Memnon: These two massive stone statues of King Amenhotep III are the only remains of a complete mortuary temple. Workers made the statues from blocks of quartzite sandstone that originated in Cairo and then moved them 700 KM to Luxor.

Karnak Temple: No site in Egypt impresses more than Karnak. It is the largest temple complex ever built by man, representing the combined achievement of many generations of ancient builders and Pharaohs. The Temple of Karnak consists of three main temples situated on 247 acres of land.
Then, we will transfer you to the train station in Luxor to catch your first-class train to Aswan. Upon arrival, one of our representatives will escort you to your 5-star hotel in Aswan for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Tour to Abu Simbel – Return to Marsa Alam

Abu Simbel Temples: With their unique style, the two Temples of Abu Simbel are considered masterpieces of ancient Egypt. The Temples are rock-cut structures, and workers built both during the reign of King Ramses II in 1200 B.C. One temple dedicates itself to King Ramses II, and the second temple honors his beloved wife Queen Nefertari. The carvings and artwork that decorate both temples are incredible. With hand-carved pillars, wall paintings, carvings, statues, and much more, this is a must-visit place.
Lunch will be served as soon as you return to Aswan. Then, we will take you back to your hotel to end your Luxor & Abu Simbel trips from Marsa Alam.
