Best 11-Day Egypt Standard Tour Itinerary

1st day: Cairo Arrival

Welcome to Cairo! You will be greeted by our representative who will assist you through immigration and customs. After collecting your luggage, you’ll be transferred to your hotel for a relaxing night.

2nd day: Cairo Sightseeing

After breakfast, embark on a full-day tour starting with the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Step Pyramid of Djoser in Sakkara and the ancient capital, Memphis, to see the Colossus of Ramses II. Return to your hotel after a day filled with Egypt’s Pharaonic history.

3rd day: Cairo Sightseeing

Enjoy breakfast before visiting the Egyptian Museum, home to King Tutankhamun’s treasures. After lunch, explore the Citadel of Saladin and its mosque, followed by a tour of Cairo’s historic churches and the bustling Khan El-Khalili bazaar.

Day 4: Nile Cruise: Aswan

Check out and fly to Aswan. Upon arrival, board your Nile cruise. After lunch, visit the High Dam and the Temple of Philae. Enjoy dinner on the cruise.

5th day: Nile Cruise: Kom Ombo and Edfu

Sail to Kom Ombo to visit the Temple dedicated to Horus and Sobek. After lunch, continue to Edfu to see the Temple of Horus before sailing to Esna.

Day 6: Nile Cruise: Luxor

Visit the West Bank of Luxor, including the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, and the Temple of Hatshepsut. After lunch, explore Karnak and Luxor Temples before returning to the cruise for dinner.

7th day: Hurghada

Enjoy breakfast on the boat, then check out and drive to Hurghada. Check into your hotel and spend the day at leisure, with options for snorkeling and diving.

8th day: Hurghada

Relax and enjoy a full day at Hurghada’s beautiful beaches and partake in various water sports.

9th day: Hurghada
