Egypt and Jordan Tour Package for 12 Days Itinerary

1st day: Arrival in Cairo: Meet, welcome, and assist with airport formalities. Transfer to your hotel and check-in. Overnight at your hotel.

2nd day: Pyramids: After breakfast, we will begin our tour of the Giza pyramids, which include the huge pyramid of King Cheops as well as the Sphinx and the remnants of the same king’s funeral temple. We will also see the pyramids of King Chephren and King Mekarynos. Egyptian Lunch at a restaurant in the countryside.

Afterward, discover the Saqqara pyramids, including the step pyramid, the Museum of Imhotep, as well as King Titi and King Una’s pyramids, with a distant view of the Dahshur pyramids. Following this, visit Memphis, the country’s initial capital, which features the 16-meter-tall colossus of King Ramses II and the alabaster sphinx. Finally, you may attend the optional Giza area sound and light show.

3rd day: Cairo city tour: First, enjoy breakfast in the hotel. Afterward, we will begin our journey at the Egyptian Museum, which houses more than 120,000 artifacts from ancient Egypt, including King Tut Ankh Amun’s incredible collection.

After the museum, we visit Coptic Cairo, which includes the Hanging Church, the Ben Ezra Synagogue, and the Church of Saint Sergius, the earliest church ever constructed in Egypt. Afterward, enjoy lunch at a restaurant near the Nile. Following lunch, proceed to Islamic Cairo, where you will explore the Saladin Citadel, Mohamed Ali’s Alabaster Mosque, Gawhara Palace, and the Amr Ibn El-Aas Mosque, the first mosque ever constructed in Egypt
Afterward, discover the Khan El-Khalili market, which is home to the Al-Azhar Mosque and a series of historically distinctive Islamic streets. Afterward, head to the railway station to catch your Aswan-bound sleeper. Finally, enjoy dinner served aboard the overnight train.

Begin the Nile Cruise

Day 4: Aswan: Firstly, breakfast is served aboard the overnight train. Upon arrival at Aswan, we will first begin our tour of the High Dam, which was constructed in 1960 to regulate the yearly Nile flood and organize agricultural processes. Afterward, we can explore additional sites in the area. Following this, we will visit the Unfinished Obelisk, a massive 18th-dynasty obelisk that was never completed. Finally, we will join our lunchtime Nile cruise

Afterward, take a speedboat to the Philae Temple, which was constructed by the Ptolemies and honors the goddess of love, Isis. Upon arrival, you will have the opportunity to explore the temple’s stunning architecture and learn about its rich history Explore Elephantine Island by felucca while passing the Agha Khan Mausoleum. Dinner is served aboard the cruise ship.

5th day: Aswan-Sailing: Begin your day with breakfast on board your cruise. Following this, enjoy a leisurely sail from Aswan to Luxor along the fertile Nile. During the journey, make two stops: first, visit the unusual double temple of Kom Ombo, which is dedicated to two gods, the falcon god Horus and the crocodile god Sobek. Afterward, enjoy a visit by horse-drawn carriage to the temple of Edfu, dedicated to the falcon god Horus and the second-largest temple in Egypt. Finally, savor lunch and dinner on board your cruise.

Explore the Glorious monuments of Luxor

Day 6: Luxor East & West: Start your day with breakfast served aboard the ship. Following breakfast, we will embark on our tour of the west bank of Luxor, where we will visit the Valley of the Kings, which contains 65 tombs of kings from the 18th to 22nd dynasties. Next, we will explore the Valley of the Queens, which houses the tombs of queens from the New Kingdom. Afterward, we will visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, known for its contemporary appearance, and conclude our tour at the Colossi of Memnon, which originally belonged to King Amenhotep III.

After our morning activities, we return to the ship for lunch. Following lunch, we will begin our tour of the Karnak temples in the late afternoon. This remarkable complex is Egypt’s greatest temple site and was once connected to Luxor Temple by a sphinx avenue. Additionally, it is important to note that Middle and New Kingdom rulers constructed the Luxor Temple. Finally, the crew will serve dinner aboard the cruise ship

7th day: Cairo: After breakfast onboard your cruise ship, we will then transfer you to Luxor airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be welcomed and assisted. Finally, check-in at your hotel for an overnight stay

Day 8: Cairo-Jordan/Amman-Jordan: After breakfast, you’ll be taken to the airport to catch a flight to Amman. Once at Amman Airport, our local representative will greet you and help you. Start your Amman City day trip. Start your car and head towards the Dead Sea. leisurely time (swimming, floating). Register at the hotel. Afternoon in Amman

9th day: Wadi Rum – Desert Safari: Start your day with breakfast in the hotel. Afterward, begin your Jeep Safari desert excursion in Wadi Rum. During the excursion, you will bypass the Seven Pillars of Wisdom, which were famously articulated by the renowned Lawrence of Arabia. Drive by the home of Lawrence of Arabia. during the trip, a meal. Check out the ancient Thamudic and Nabatean writings. Wadi Rum’s sunset, check-in at our campsite, a BBQ dinner, and an overnight stay at our camp.

Day 10: Wadi Rum—Petra: Start your day with breakfast at your camp. Afterward, we drive to Petra, where you will visit the fabulous rose-red desert sandstone. Next, explore the Nabataean city of Petra, followed by a visit to the High Place Monastery. Additionally, don’t miss the Roman-style Palace Tomb. Finally, transfer to your hotel in Petra for an overnight stay.

Day 11: Petra-Amman Breakfast at your hotel. Transfer back to Amman; Transfer to your Hotel in Amman.

Last day: Amman–home: Breakfast at your hotel. Transfer to Amman International Airport for your departure.
