Best Classic Egypt Tour Package Itinerary

1st day: Cairo Arrival

Arrive at Cairo airport, where an Egypt Fun Tours representative will assist you with passport control and luggage. You’ll be transferred to your hotel for check-in and an overnight stay in Cairo.

2nd day: Cairo Pyramids Sightseeing

After breakfast, visit the Pyramids of Sakkara, including the step pyramid of King Djoser. Enjoy lunch at a countryside restaurant, then explore the Pyramids of Giza, including the Sphinx. Optional activities include a Sound and Light show and camel rides. Overnight in Cairo.

3rd day: Aswan Sightseeing

Fly to Aswan after breakfast. Visit the High Dam and the Unfinished Obelisk. Check in to your Nile cruise for lunch, followed by a stroll around Aswan City. Dinner and overnight on the cruise.

Day 4: Abu Simbel Trip

Enjoy breakfast on board. Optional visit to Abu Simbel. Sail towards Luxor, stopping at the Temple of Kom Ombo. Dinner on board and overnight at Edfu.

5th day: Edfu & Kom Ombo Temples

Visit the Temple of Edfu by horse carriage, then enjoy lunch on board. Pass through the Esna lock and arrive in Luxor for dinner and overnight on the cruise.

Day 6: Luxor Sightseeing

After breakfast, explore the Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshepsut’s Temple, and the Colossi of Memnon. Return to the cruise for lunch, then visit the Karnak Temples. Dinner on board.

7th day: Luxor to Hurghada

Disembark from the cruise and take a bus to Hurghada. Check-in at your hotel and enjoy free time for leisure activities.

8th day: Hurghada

Free day for leisure activities, including snorkeling or diving trips to Giftoon Island.

9th day: Hurghada

Another free day for leisure activities, with options for sea trips or relaxation.

10th day: Cairo Sightseeing

Travel back to Cairo and visit the Egyptian Museum. Enjoy free time for shopping at Khan El-Khalili bazaar. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 11: Alexandria Sightseeing

After breakfast, head to Alexandria. Visit Montazah Palace, the Catacombs, Pompey’s Pillar, and the Amphitheatre. Enjoy lunch at a seafood restaurant before returning to Cairo for an overnight stay.

Last day: Cairo—Home

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Cairo Airport for your departure, taking with you wonderful memories from Egypt.
