Detailed itinerary of the 15 Days Honeymoon Tour Package Across Egypt

Day 1: Arrival in Egypt: When you arrive at Cairo Airport, our representative will help you and your partner with passport control, baggage identification, and portage. You will be driven to your hotel for check-in in a private A/C vehicle from the airport. After a romantic Dinner Cruise with a view of the Nile under the moon, sit back and relax while enjoying a colorful belly dance display with a folklore band, including the memorable Tannoura spin, in line with Egypt’s whirling dervishes heritage, before being taken back to your hotel.

Day 2: Take a historical tour of the Pyramids: After breakfast, begin your 15-day Egypt enchanting honeymoon by seeing some of Cairo’s major tourist sights with your tour guide, including:

Giza Pyramids Complex

Three major pyramids, six smaller pyramids, the Great Sphinx, and the Valley Temple make up the Giza Pyramids complex. The structure dates from 2400 B.C. when it was built by the 4th dynasty.

The Great Pyramid of Giza

The Great Pyramid, also known as “King Khufu’s Pyramid,” is the oldest and biggest of the three pyramids on the Giza Plateau, and the only one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World to have survived intact. The enormous pyramid is 147 meters tall, has 2,300,000 stones in its construction, and took twenty years to complete.

The Great Sphinx of Giza

The Great Sphinx belonged to “King Chephren,” the world’s biggest statue, towering 73 meters long, 19 meters broad, and 20 meters tall. It is the oldest monumental sculpture that has been discovered.

The Valley Temple

This is the sole surviving granite funerary temple used by Ancient Egyptians for the mummification procedure on the Giza plateau.

After a romantic lunch at a restaurant with a view of the Pyramids or the Nile, continue your day trip with a visit to:

Step Pyramid of Saqqara

It dates back to the era of King Djoser, who governed Egypt in the 27th century B.C. and is thought to be the oldest large-scale cut-stone building. The 62-meter-high step pyramid is made up of six steps stacked on top of one another.

Memphis City

King Menes established it as Egypt’s first capital, and it was strategically located between Upper and Lower Egypt. Memphis was said to be guarded by the deity Ptah, the god of creation and artworks.

Finally, we return you to your hotel for the evening.

Day 3: Discover Alexandria’s Landmarks: After breakfast in the morning, have a private tour of Alexandria with your own private Egyptologist tour guide to see:

Kom El Shoqafa’s Catacombs

A family tomb at a Roman burial site illustrates the fusion of Egyptian and Roman art and construction. Visit the tomb and Caracalla Hall by going underneath.

Return to the surface and pay a visit to:

Pompey’s Pillar

An 82-foot-tall (25-meter) granite column dedicated to Emperor Diocletian, who liberated the besieged city and fed its hungry citizens.

Citadel of Qaitbay

A stronghold on the Mediterranean coast was built in the 15th century. Sultan Al-Ashraf Qa’it Bay founded it in 1477 AD. The Citadel and the Pharos Island are both located on the same island.

Lunch will be given at a seafood restaurant, after which the group will go to:

Alexandria Library

The library has a copy of every book ever written, making it one of the world’s most important literary destinations. The Alexandria Library also holds various exhibits on Egyptian history as well as a collection of rare antique books.

Finally, return to your Cairo hotel for the night.

Day 4: Take in Aswan’s Natural Beauty: After breakfast, check out of your accommodation and travel to Cairo airport to catch your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, meet your Egyptologist tour guide to continue your Honeymoon journey in Egypt by viewing the following Aswan tourist attractions:

High Dam of Aswan

It was erected at Aswan, Egypt, over the Nile River, between 1960 and 1970, and has had a profound impact on Egypt’s economy and culture.

The Unfinished Obelisk

Ancient Egypt’s biggest obelisk. It was commissioned by Queen Hatshepsut (1508-1458 BC) to accompany the Lateran Obelisk (originally from Karnak) and afterward transported to Rome’s Lateran Palace.

After lunch at a local eatery in Aswan, go to the following sites:

Temple of Philae

The goddess Isis of Love and Beauty is honored in Philae Temple. As part of the UNESCO Nubia Campaign initiative, the temple complex was deconstructed and transported to neighboring Agilkia Island, safeguarding it and other monuments before the Aswan High Dam was completed in 1970.

After the day, move to a 5* Nile cruise to check in and spend the night.

Day 5: Take a Group Tour of Abu Simbel Temple: Get your breakfast boxes first thing in the morning, then join your private tour guide for a visit to:

Temples of Abu Simbel

The two Temples of Abu Simbel are regarded as marvels of ancient Egypt because of their distinctive design. The Temples are rock-cut temples that were created during King Ramses II’s reign around 1200 B.C. King Ramses II is honored in one temple, while his loving wife Queen Nefertari is honored in the other. Both temples are adorned with magnificent sculptures and artwork. This temple, with its hand-carved pillars, murals, carvings, sculptures, and much more, is a must-see.

After lunch, return to your ship and resume cruising. On board for the night.

Day 6: Visit Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples: Breakfast is served in the morning, after which you will cruise to Kom Ombo and visit:

Temple of Kom Ombo

The Nile River is seen from the Kom Ombo Temple. There are two temples with two entrances, two hypostyle halls, and two sanctuaries in this temple.

Continue your journey to:

Edfu Temple

Dedicated to Horus, the Egyptian god. Edfu Temple is Egypt’s best-preserved Greco-Roman temple, with a “Play” depicting Horus’ victory over the wicked deity Seth painted on its walls.

Sail to Luxor after lunch with your love, arriving late at night and spending the night on board.

Day 7: Excursion to Luxor’s East Bank: Enjoy breakfast on the ship, check out, and then continue your tour package in Egypt by seeing Luxor tourist spots on the east bank of the Nile, escorted by your tour guide and a private air-conditioned car, beginning with:

Karnak Temple

The Karnak temple is Egypt’s most spectacular structure. It is the world’s most massive temple complex. It is the result of several generations of ancient builders and Pharaohs working together. Karnak’s temple consists of three great temples spread over 247 acres of land.

Transfer with your tour guide to a 5* hotel in Luxor for lunch and a rest, then move with your beloved in the evening to experience the unique ambiance of the Luxor temple at night.

Temple of Luxor

The most significant event, the festival of Opet, was held in Luxor Temple. The temple aimed to serve as a backdrop for the festival’s rites, and it was mostly built by Amenhotep III and King Rameses II. The purpose of the event was to reconcile the ruler’s human side with his celestial role.

Return to your Luxor hotel for the night.

Day 8: Have fun exploring the West Bank of Luxor: After breakfast at your hotel, you will be escorted by your tour guide and a private air-conditioned car to the prime sights on Luxor’s west bank, including:

The Kings’ Valley

The tombs of Egypt’s monarchs from the 18th to the 20th dynasties may be found here, including those of the great pharaoh Ramses II and the young pharaoh Tutankhamun. The tombs were well-stocked with everything a monarch may want in the afterlife. The majority of the interior décor of the tombs has been beautifully conserved.

Temple of Hatshepsut

It is one of the most magnificent and well-preserved of all Ancient Egyptian temples. Hatshepsut’s temple was erected on three levels, with two large ramps connecting the levels in the center.

Memnon’s Colossi

The sole remnants of a full funerary temple are two huge stone sculptures of King Amenhotep III. The sculptures are fashioned from quartzite sandstone blocks found in Cairo and transported 700 kilometers to Luxor.

Lunch will be served at your Luxor hotel, and you will spend the night there.

Day 9: Transfer to Hurghada: After breakfast, check out of your hotel and travel from Luxor to Hurghada, where you will check into a 5* hotel and spend the night.

Day 10: Enjoy Hurghada’s Snorkeling Adventure: After breakfast, go scuba diving with your private supervisor for a romantic excursion among the Red Sea’s magnificent and colorful reefs and creatures.

Day 11: Hurghada Free Day: Take advantage of a free day in Hurghada with your partner to relax on the beach and explore the city together.

Day 12: Hurghada Safari Tour: After breakfast, go on a once-in-a-lifetime excursion that includes a quad safari and a B.B.Q. meal. A safari in the Hurghada desert is a pure adrenaline rush that will make your pulse race.

Day 13: Exploring Cairo: Check out and board a flight to Cairo; upon arrival, meet your tour guide and set off to see the sights of ancient Cairo, beginning with:

The Egyptian Museum

The Egyptian Museum has a unique 5000-year-old art collection. Over 250,000 real objects are on display, including an exhibit devoted to Tutankhamun’s riches, gold, and jewels, which were kept safe for over 3,500 years in his tomb.

Lunch will be provided at a local Cairo restaurant before visiting:

Citadel of Salah El Din

Cairo Citadel is a majestic citadel that served as Egypt’s center of government until the 1860s. It was built under the reign of Salah Al-Din. Work on the structure began in 1176 and was finished in 1182.

Mohamed Ali Mosque

The mosque was built between 1830 and 1848 and is known as “The Alabaster Mosque” since the majority of the walls are composed of flawless alabaster. The Muhammad Ali Mosque is a copy of Istanbul’s Blue Mosque.

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) is a traveler’s dream come true for everyone who wants to learn about Egypt’s unique history and culture in the most enchanting and efficient way possible. The Museum was created to take visitors on a trip through Egypt’s treasures throughout the years, from prehistoric periods to the present day.

Bazaar of Khan El Khalili

The Khan El-Khalili market is the oldest and most renowned in the Middle East, and no trip to Cairo is complete without a stop there. It was built about 970 AD, the same year that Cairo was founded.
