5-Day Group Tour Package Itinerary

1st day: Sound and Light Show at Cairo Arrival

Upon arrival at Cairo airport, our consultant will assist with baggage and passport formalities. The group will then be transported to their 5-star hotel for check-in and relaxation. In the evening, the group will attend the Giza Pyramid complex’s sound and light show, highlighting the rise of ancient Egyptian civilization. After the show, dinner will be served before returning to the hotel.

2nd day: Discover the Giza Pyramid Complex, Saqqara, and Memphis

After breakfast, the group will depart in a private A/C vehicle to explore:

• Giza Pyramids Complex: home to the three magnificent pyramids built around 2600 BC.
  • The Great Pyramid: Built for Pharaoh Khufu, it stands 147 m tall and weighs 6 million tonnes.
  • The Great Sphinx: Carved from limestone, it features the likeness of Pharaoh Khafre.
  • The Valley Temple: The best-preserved temple in Egypt, used for mummification.

Lunch will be at a restaurant with a view of the Pyramids and the Nile. The group will then visit:

• Step Pyramid of Saqqara: The first true pyramid built for Pharaoh Djoser.
• City of Memphis: The first capital of Egypt, established in 2925 BC.

The group will return to their hotel in Cairo for the night.

3rd day: Fly to Luxor After Exploring Old Cairo

After breakfast, the group will visit:

• The Egyptian Museum, the first museum dedicated to Egyptology, was established in 1901.
• Citadel of Salah El Din: Built in the 12th century, it houses various museums and mosques.
• Mosque of Mohamed Ali: An Ottoman-style mosque built in the 19th century.
• National Museum of Egyptian Civilization: opened in 2017, showcasing royal mummies and artifacts.
• Khan El Khalili Market: A historic bazaar known for its authentic shopping experiences.

After lunch, the group will head to Cairo airport for a flight to Luxor, where they will check into their 5-star hotel.

Day 4: Explore Luxor’s Heavenly Wonders

After breakfast and check-out, the group will visit:

• Valley of the Kings: A burial site for pharaohs, featuring 63 lavishly decorated tombs.
• Temple of Hatshepsut: A funerary temple dedicated to the queen, built around 1479 BC.
• Colossi of Memnon: Two massive statues of Amenhotep III, built around 1350 BC.

After lunch, the group will explore the Sacred Complex of Karnak, a major religious center built between 2000 BC and 30 BC. The complex features the Great Hypostyle Hall and the Avenue of Sphinxes leading to Luxor Temple. The group will then fly back to Cairo and check into their hotel for the night.
