7-Day Egypt Tour Package Itinerary
1st day: Welcome to the Pharaohs’ Land
When you arrive at Cairo International Airport, a representative from Egypt Fun Tours will greet you. They will assist you with passport and travel paperwork. Next, you will be picked up in a private A/C vehicle and transported to a five-star hotel in Cairo for check-in and relaxation.
In the evening, enjoy a nighttime cruise on the magnificent Nile River. Savor a delicious dinner while watching stunning local performances, including a Tannura spin and a belly dance show.
2nd day: Visit the Museum and Pyramids of Giza
After breakfast, your tour guide will take you in a modern A/C car to explore Cairo’s magnificent landmarks:
- Giza Pyramids Complex: This complex features the three iconic pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. These structures are among the Seven Wonders of the World and served as tombs for 4th dynasty kings.
- The Great Sphinx: This impressive limestone sculpture, over 4,000 years old, measures 73 meters long and 20 meters high. It symbolizes protection with its lion’s body and human head.
- The Valley Temple: This well-preserved funerary temple was used for embalming and afterlife preparation during the Old Kingdom.
Enjoy lunch at a reputable restaurant before proceeding our tours to explore:
- The Egyptian Museum: Here, you will find ancient artifacts from various periods, including the golden treasures of Pharaoh Tutankhamun.
After your visit, you will be taken to the airport for a flight to Aswan, where you will spend the night.
3rd day: Visit the Abu Simbel Temples
Prepare for an early morning excursion with your knowledgeable Egyptologist. You will travel in a private AC car to see:
- Abu Simbel Temples: This complex houses two massive rock temples carved by King Ramses II. The larger temple depicts Ramses II as a god, while the smaller temple honors Queen Nefertari.
After lunch at a restaurant with a Nile view, you will return to Aswan and board a first-class train to Luxor. Check-in at a five-star hotel for the night.
Day 4: Visit the East and West Bank of Luxor
Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Then, your Egyptologist will guide you to Luxor’s top attractions:
- Temple of Hatshepsut: Located on the west bank of the Nile, this elegant temple was built in honor of Queen Hatshepsut, who ruled during the 18th dynasty.
- Valley of the Kings: This vast complex contains over 60 royal tombs, including the famous tomb of Tutankhamun.
- Colossi of Memnon: These impressive limestone statues were erected by Amenhotep III to guard his temple.
After lunch on a Nile island, continue your tour with a visit to:
- Temple of Karnak: This ancient temple complex, dedicated to the god Amun-Ra, spans over two square kilometers and is a significant religious site.
You will then be driven to the airport for your flight back to Cairo, where you will spend the night.
5th day: Begin Your Desert Expedition
After an early breakfast, we will transport you to the Oasis of Bahariya. After lunch in Al-Bawaiti City, a Toyota Land Cruiser will take you to the Black Desert and the Bedouin village of El Hez Shower.
Next, explore Crystal Mountain, then head to the Agabat Area, known as “The Wonders Area,” for sandboarding. Finally, visit the Old White Desert to see the Flower Stone, Tents Valley, and Mushroom formations.
Enjoy Bedouin entertainment, sip Bedouin tea, and feast on a barbecue dinner during an overnight desert camping experience.
Day 6: Continue Your Desert Adventure and Return to Cairo
Capture stunning dawn photos before having breakfast. Visit a hot spring, then return to Cairo. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before checking into a five-star hotel for the night.
Last day: Departure
After breakfast, relax at the hotel until check-out. Your driver will transport you in a private A/C vehicle to Cairo International Airport for your departure.
