Before going back to Marsa Alam, view the Philae Temple, the Unfinished Obelisk, and the High Dam of Aswan. Make a reservation right away!

1st day: Explore Luxor’s East Bank and Board Your 5-Star Nile Cruise

We will pick you up in a private A.C. vehicle from your Marsa Alam hotel to begin your Nile Cruise from Marsa Alam. Upon arrival, your tour guide will greet you and accompany you to the following Luxor tourist attractions:

Karnak Temple: Karnak stands as the most spectacular site in Egypt. It is the world’s biggest temple complex and reflects the labor of many generations of ancient builders and Pharaohs. On 247 acres of land, the Temple of Karnak consists of three major temples, smaller enclosed temples, and other peripheral temples.

Then, check into a 5-star luxury Nile cruise for lunch and a chance to relax. We’ll pick you up again in the evening to enjoy:

Luxor Temple by Night: The Temple of Luxor held the most significant event, the festival of Opet. Largely built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II, the temple served as a backdrop for the festival’s rites. The festival aimed to reconcile the ruler’s human side with his celestial role.

You’ll spend the night on board. Meals include Lunch and Dinner.

Day 2: Visit West Bank Landmarks in Luxor

After breakfast on board, your private tour guide and a private air-conditioned car will escort you to the following locations:

The Valley of the Kings: Here, you’ll find the tombs of Egypt’s monarchs from the 18th to the 20th dynasties, including those of the great pharaoh Ramses II and the young pharaoh Tutankhamun. The tombs came well-stocked with everything a monarch might want in the afterlife. Most of the interior décor of the tombs has been beautifully conserved.

Temple of Hatshepsut: This stands as one of the most magnificent and well-preserved of all Ancient Egyptian temples. Builders constructed the temple on three levels, with two large ramps in a central position joining the levels together.

Memnon’s Colossi: The Colossi of Memnon, two gigantic stone sculptures of Amenhotep III, are the sole surviving remnants of a complete funerary temple. Workers fashioned the sculptures from quartzite sandstone blocks found in Cairo and transported them 700 kilometers to Luxor.

In the afternoon, we’ll sail to Esna and Edfu. You’ll spend the night in Edfu on board. Meals include Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

3rd day: A Day Trip to Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples

After breakfast on board, continue your Nile cruise from Marsa Alam by visiting:

Edfu Temple: This temple dedicates itself to Horus, the Egyptian god. Edfu Temple stands as Egypt’s best-preserved Greco-Roman temple, with a “Play” depicting Horus’ victory over the wicked deity Seth painted on its walls. Continue your journey to Kom Ombo and pay a visit to:

Temple of Kom Ombo: This temple offers a view of the Nile. It features two temples with two entrances, two hypostyle halls, and two sanctuaries. You’ll spend the night on board at Aswan, arriving late at night. Meals include Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Day 4: Visit Aswan’s Landmarks

Enjoy your breakfast on board in the morning before heading out with your Egyptologist tour guide to see the sights of Aswan, beginning with:

Aswan High Dam: Workers erected this across the Nile at Aswan, Egypt, between 1960 and 1970. It has had a considerable impact on Egypt’s economy and culture.

The Unfinished Obelisk: This stands as the ancient world’s biggest obelisk. Queen Hatshepsut (1508-1458 BC) commissioned it to accompany the Lateran Obelisk (originally from Karnak) and workers afterward transported it to Rome’s Lateran Palace.

Temple of Philae: This shrine honors the goddess Isis of Love and Beauty. As part of the UNESCO Nubia Campaign initiative, workers deconstructed and transported the temple complex to neighboring Agilkia Island, safeguarding it and other monuments before the Aswan High Dam’s completion in 1970. You’ll spend the night on board. Meals include Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Last day: End of Your Nile Cruise from Marsa Alam

Check out after breakfast, and we’ll transport you back to your Marsa Alam hotel to conclude your Nile cruise from Marsa Alam. Meals include Breakfast.
