5-day Egypt Family Holiday Itinerary

1st day: Arrive in Cairo and Enjoy the Light and Sound Show

• Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, our representative will assist the family with paperwork and handle the luggage.
• A private A/C vehicle will then transport the family to their hotel in Cairo for check-in and relaxation.
• In the evening, enjoy a spectacular Light and Sound Show at the Giza Complex, where the family can learn about the ancient Egyptian civilization that flourished along the Nile River.

2nd day: Visit the Giza Pyramids Complex

• Breakfast: Start the day with breakfast at the hotel.
• The family will explore the Giza Pyramids Complex with their tour guide, including:
  • The Great Pyramid: Built for Pharaoh Khufu around 2600 BC, this monumental structure stands 147 meters (481 feet) tall and weighs approximately 6 million tonnes.
  • The Great Sphinx: This iconic statue, dating back to 2558–2532 BC, features the likeness of Khafre and symbolizes strength and wisdom.
  • The Valley Temple: An ancient structure used for the mummification of royalty during the Old Kingdom (2686–2134 BC).
• Lunch: Enjoy a meal at a restaurant with stunning views of the Pyramids and the Nile.
• Visit the Egyptian Museum, established in 1901, which houses a vast collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts.

3rd day: Explore the Beautiful City of Aswan

  • Built by Ramses the Great (1303–1213 BC), these magnificent temples commemorate his victories and devotion to the gods and his wife, Nefertari. The temples were relocated to preserve them from rising waters.

• Fly back to Cairo for the night.
