Cairo Tour Package itinerary

1st day: Arrival – Tour Cairo Museum & The NMEC:

Meet, welcome, and assist at Cairo International Airport. Transfer to your hotel in Cairo. Check in at your hotel. We start our trip to the Cairo Museum. Private guided tour inside the museum to see the treasures of the Cairo Museum with the collection of King Tut (more than 120,000 pieces from ancient Egypt). Transfer to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization to see the Royal Mummies & other important artifacts, finely selected to represent the various Egyptian cultures and eras.

Transfer back to the hotel.

2nd day: Pyramids Day Trip:

Meet in the lobby of the hotel. Transfer by our private air-conditioned vehicle to the pyramids in Dahshur. See the pyramids of King Senefru, the founder of the 4th dynasty, and get inside the red pyramid. Transfer to Saqqara. Explore the Saqqara complex of King Djoser (the step pyramid), the museum of Imhotep, and the tomb of Kagemni, and get inside the pyramid of King Titi to see the pyramid texts. Proceed to Memphis. See the Museum of Memphis with the statues of King Ramses II and the Alabaster Sphinx of the New Kingdom. Continue to a local farm restaurant for lunch.

After lunch, we proceed to the Giza pyramids. Explore the pyramids of Giza, take a panoramic view of the three pyramids for a photo, take a camel ride from the panorama to the third pyramid, and see the sphinx with the valley temple of King Chephren. Transfer you back to the hotel.

3rd day: Islamic & Coptic Cairo Tours:

Meet the guide in your hotel’s lobby. Start our trip to Coptic Cairo. Tour the ancient churches, the synagogue of Bn Izra, and the Coptic museum. Drive to the Amr Ibn El-Aas Mosque (the oldest mosque in Egypt). See the mosque of Amr Ibn El-Aas and take photos. Transfer to our restaurant by the Nile to have lunch.

After lunch, transfer to the Citadel of Saladin. Tour the Citadel, the Alabaster mosque of Mohamed Ali Pasha, and the Gawhara palace of the same ruler, and see a panoramic view of Cairo from a high place. Transfer to the Ahmed Ibn Tulun mosque (the third oldest mosque in Egypt). Tour the mosque of Ahmed Ibn Tulun. Transfer to Khan el-Khalili bazaar. See the mosque of Al-Azhar and the Khan El-Khalili bazaar. Transfer back to your hotel.

Optional tours: Nile Dinner Cruise “Nile Maxim, Nile Pharaoh, Nile Crystal, etc.” These Nile cruises have two different times for cruising, one from 20:00 to 22:00 and another from 22:00 to 24:00. Back to your hotel.

Last day: Cairo-Departure:

After Breakfast. Pick you up from your hotel after checking out. Transfer to Cairo Airport for your final departure.
