Day 1: Fly into Cairo and check into a five-star hotel: On day 1, an employee from “Egypt Fun Tours” will be waiting for you at the entrance gate and assist you with carrying your bags and completing the necessary passport entry procedures. After that, a private air-conditioned vehicle will take you to your hotel so you may check in.
You will start your Cairo trip in the evening with a dinner cruise on the Everlasting Nile River. After relaxing and taking in a vibrant belly dance performance with a folklore band that includes the iconic Tannoura spin in observance of Egypt’s whirling dervish heritage, you’ll go back to your hotel for the night.

Egyptian Pyramids in Giza
The Giza pyramid complex, one of history’s oldest sites, contains the three great pyramids, six smaller pyramids, the Great Sphinx, Egypt’s protector, and the valley temple, which was used to carry the pharaohs to the heavens to take their proper place and preserve their legacy for all time. The High Dam

Temple of Kom Ombo
With your tour guide, visit the Kom Ombo Temple, also known as “The Hill of Gold.” Between 205 BC and 180 BC, under Ptolemy V’s rule, it was built during the Greco-Roman era. Kom Ombo is renowned for its peculiar double design that is split into two similar sections “One was built for the falcon deity Horus and the other was for the crocodile god Sobek.

One of the final temples ever constructed during the Ptolemaic dynasty between 237 BC and 57 BC to serve as the official worship home of the sky deity Horus, Edfu Temple is a really unique monument. A historic work of art called the Colossi of Memnon guards the city against danger. The colossi are two enormous stones of quartzite sandstone that are shaped like Amenhotep III and rise at a height of 18 meters (60 feet) (1386-1350). A significant earthquake that occurred in 27 BC severely destroyed the colossi, but they were reconstructed in 199 AD.
The sculptures gained notoriety during the Greco-Roman era because of the myth of The Vocal Memnon, who sang at dawn sometimes in a sobbing sound that was really only the sound of the wind blowing through the statue.

The Catacombs are a unique work of foreign art that can be found in Egypt since it shows how ancient Egyptian and Greco-Roman cultures came together. Pompey’s Pillar
Pompey’s Pillar is a magnificent pillar from the period of the Roman Empire. It is the tallest monolithic column ever constructed outside of Rome and is 28 meters high by 2.7 meters broad. On its western top side, a Greek inscription honoring Emperor Diocletian can be seen. Because the Crusaders thought, erroneously, that the renowned Roman leader Pompey’s bones were kept in a jar at the tall top of the pillar in the Middle Ages, it was given the name Pompey’s Pillar.

It was built in 1477 by Sultan Al-Ashraf Saif Al-Din Qa’it Bay to house magnificent Islamic decorations in the same location that housed the magnificent lighthouse of Alexandria using stones salvaged from the destroyed lighthouse that served as the third longest surviving ancient wonder in the world until it was destroyed by a series of earthquakes between 956 AD and 1323 AD.

One of the largest and most technologically sophisticated libraries in the world, Alexandria Library honors the original Alexandrian library with a stunning design. The sixth-largest Francophone library in the world is there.
