Explore the wonders of ancient and modern Egypt through this magical afternoon layover tour from Cairo Airport. Arriving in Cairo in the afternoon does not mean you will miss a visit to the Giza Pyramids & the Sphinx, it only takes around 45 minutes from Cairo airport to the pyramids as the site closes at 16:30. After exploring the pyramids, At 16:30, we go to Khan El-Khalili bazaar to discover Islamic Medieval Cairo where you will get to see amazing architecture from the Medieval period, ancient Islamic complexes, mosques, streets, and houses.

After the Pyramids tour, lunch will be served in a local Egyptian restaurant.

Important Info:

The guide speaks English (We provide multilingual speaking guides, we do not recommend using a multilingual speaking guide if you can understand English, and the English-speaking guide can handle it).
Another option instead of the Khan El-Khalili area and Medieval Cairo; is to go to Al-Azhar Park to eat in the Citadel View restaurant which will take the place of the pyramids to view restaurants.
Please feel free to customize it the way you want, we will give you a guide, a driver, and a van to be with you all the time until you leave Cairo.

Tour Itinerary

Pick up from Cairo International Airport, meet, welcome, and assist, and then visit the following places at around:

14:30 to 15:30 Transfer to The Pyramids & Sphinx.
15:30 to 16:30 Explore the Pyramids site and the Sphinx.
16:30 to 17:30 Eat in a Pyramid view restaurant (not included)
17:30 to 18:15 Transfer to Medieval Cairo (Khan El-Khalili (not for shopping)
18:15 to 20:15 walking tour in the middle of ancient medieval Cairo.
20:15 to 21:15 Transfer back to the airport with your wonderful memories from Cairo.
