Tour Itinerary

The Best 8-Day Egypt Tour Package Itinerary

1st day: Cairo Arrival

Arrive in Cairo and meet your representative from Egypt Fun Tours.
Transfer to your hotel for check-in and overnight stay.

2nd day: Memphis, Sphinx, Giza, & Saqqara Pyramids

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel.
Meet your private tour guide for a visit to the Giza Pyramids, Sakkara Pyramids, Memphis, and Dahshur.
Take the sleeper train to Aswan, with dinner served on board.

3rd day: Aswan Sightseeing Tours

Breakfast on the sleeper train.
Arrive in Aswan and start your tours with a visit to the High Dam and the Unfinished Obelisk.
Lunch at a Nubian restaurant.
Enjoy a Felucca tour on the Nile, viewing the Agha Khan Mausoleum and Elephantine Island.
Check-in at your hotel in Aswan for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Abu Simbel Trip and Temples Tours

Early wake-up call with breakfast boxes for your trip to Abu Simbel temples.
In the afternoon, explore the Aswan bazaar with your guide.

5th day: Aswan to Luxor: Sightseeing Tours

Breakfast at your hotel.
Visit the temples of Edfu and Kom Ombo en route to Luxor.
Lunch on the West Bank of the Nile in Luxor.
Tour the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon.
Check-in at your Luxor hotel and see the Luxor Temple at night.

Day 6: Luxor Temple & Karnak Temple Tours

Breakfast at your hotel.
Visit the Temple of Medinet Habu, the Ramsseum, the Valley of the Queens, and the Tombs of the Nobles.
After lunch, tour the Karnak Temples.
Transfer to Luxor train station for the sleeper train back to Cairo.

7th day: Cairo Sightseeing Tours

Breakfast on board the sleeper train.
Meet your private local guide for tours of the Egyptian Museum, the Citadel of Saladin, and Khan El-Khalili bazaar.
Check in at your hotel in Cairo for an overnight stay.

Last day: Cairo – Home
