The Great Pyramid of Giza of King Khufu (2609 BC – 2584 BC) is an epic monument filled with the treasures of the ancient Egyptian Civilization that offers him a gateway into his rightful place with the gods of ancient Egypt. The great citadel of Qaitbey was constructed in a 15th-century fortress on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea coast where the great lighthouse of Alexandria once stood. It was built in 1477 AD by Sultan Al-Ashraf Qa’it Bay and is filled with the most amazing Islamic constructions and artifacts.
Lunch will be served at a seafood restaurant, then you will finish your tour with a visit:
The Grand Library of Alexandria “Bibliotheca Alexandria” is a highly important and famous landmark that was opened to the public in 2002 and filled with a collection of the most majestic of books, artifacts, and rare items.
Finally, drive back to the cruise at Port Said for your final departure.
