Discover the amazing wonders of ancient and modern Egypt through this tour of the NMEC and Royal Mummies Exhibit. The NMEC is located on the archaeological site of El-Fustat in Old Cairo, overlooking the Ain El-Seera Lake. Egyptian architect El Ghazzali Kosseiba designed the museum. Japanese architect Arata Isozaki is designing the exhibition spaces. Notably, the NMEC highlights Egyptian civilization from prehistoric times to today.
