Embark on a breathtaking journey to explore the wonders of ancient and modern Egypt on a 4-night Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan. This all-inclusive vacation package features private guided sightseeing tours that will take you to awe-inspiring sites from the Pharaonic era, including the Karnak Temples, Luxor Temple, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut’s Temple, Colossi of Memnon, Aswan High Dam, and Philae Temple.

Itinerary for Nile Cruise

1st day: Arrival in Luxor and Sightseeing

  • Arrive in Luxor, where you will be greeted and picked up.
  • Begin your sightseeing tours with visits to the Karnak Temple Complex and Luxor Temple.
  • Transfer to your cruise ship for check-in.
  • Enjoy lunch and dinner onboard.

2nd day: Luxor Sightseeing and Sailing

  • After breakfast on the cruise ship, embark on tours to the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and Colossi of Memnon.
  • Lunch will be served onboard.
  • Set sail for Edfu, crossing the Esna Lock along the Nile.
  • Enjoy dinner onboard and overnight on the cruise ship.

3rd day: Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples

  • After breakfast, take a horse-drawn carriage to Edfu Temple for a guided tour.
  • Return to the cruise ship by horse carriage.
  • Lunch and dinner will be served onboard.
  • In the afternoon, visit the Kom Ombo Temple.

Day 4: Aswan and Abu Simbel Day Trip

  • Enjoy an early breakfast.
  • Depart for a day trip to Abu Simbel to see the magnificent temples of King Ramses II.
  • Return to Aswan in the afternoon.
  • Experience a felucca cruise around Elephantine Island.
  • Optional: Visit a Nubian village to learn about Nubian daily life and sample traditional food.

Last day: Aswan Sightseeing

  • After breakfast onboard, check out and begin your sightseeing tours to the Aswan High Dam and Unfinished Obelisk.
  • Optional tour: Visit the Philae Temple dedicated to the goddess Isis.
