6-Day Egypt Family Tour Itinerary

1st day: Arrival in Cairo & Light and Sound Show

Arrival at Cairo; assistance with paperwork and luggage.
Transfer to a hotel for check-in and relaxation.
Evening: Enjoy the Light and Sound Show at the Giza Complex.
Dinner: Local restaurant. Overnight in Cairo.

2nd day: Giza Pyramids Complex

Breakfast at the hotel.
Guided tour of the Giza Pyramids Complex:
- Great Pyramid: Built for King Khufu, a marvel of ancient engineering.
- Great Sphinx: Iconic sculpture with the body of a lion and the face of Pharaoh Khafre.
- Valley Temple: Limestone and granite temple used for mummification.
Lunch with a view of the Pyramids and the Nile.
Visit the Step Pyramid of Saqqara and the ancient city of Memphis.
Return to hotel for the night.

3rd day: Flight to Aswan

Breakfast and check out.
Fly to Aswan; meet your guide.
Visit:
- Aswan High Dam: Significant engineering feat for flood control and hydroelectric power.
- Unfinished Obelisk: A glimpse into ancient stoneworking techniques.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
Explore the Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis.

Day 4: Travel to Luxor
