Giza Pyramids Complex

The otherworldly Giza Pyramids complex, which has been around for more than 5000 years, is known for housing some of the finest structures ever constructed in human history, including:

The Great Pyramid of Giza

The Khufu pyramid, which stands 147 meters (481 feet) tall and weighs 5.7 million tonnes overall, was constructed in 2580 BC as the pharaoh Khufu’s eternal tomb. It contains a variety of high-tech chambers, including the great hall, the king’s chamber, the queen’s chamber, and others. It is well known for being the only remaining example of one of the seven wonders.

The Great Sphinx of Giza

The Sphinx of Khafre (2558–2532 BC), the world’s oldest statue and a living work of art, was built in 2500 BC and was carved from a single block of limestone to resemble a lion and Khafre’s face. A highly unique artifact was discovered in front of the Sphinx: the Thutmose IV dream Steele, which was built around 1404 BC.

The Valley Temple

The remarkable Valley temple was built during the Old Kingdom (2686–2134 BC) to mummify the deceased bodies of the 4th dynasty of kings and queens.

After enjoying lunch with a breathtaking view of the Pyramids and the Nile, the complete party will go with their tour guide to the following locations:

Under the exclusive divine protection of Ptah, the god of craftsmanship and art, the extraordinary city of Memphis was constructed in 2925 BC by Pharaoh Menes to establish the first-ever capital of Egypt.
