Tour Itinerary

Detailed itinerary of the 15 Days Deluxe Tour Package To Exceptional Egypt

Day 1: Get there and take a dinner cruise: As soon as you arrive at Cairo International Airport, you will meet face-to-face with a representative of our organization who will greet you and help you with the necessary travel documentation and passport processes. Then, you will be driven to a five-star hotel in a deluxe A/C vehicle where you can check in without a hitch and unwind until the evening when you will be led to see the inspiring Cairo, take in some local belly dancing and Tannura parties, and experience some oriental musical performances while enjoying the most impressive dinner on the Nile River. You will return to your hotel for the night when your dinner tour is complete.

Day 2: Visit Saqqara and the Giza Pyramids: After enjoying a 5-star breakfast at the hotel, your knowledgeable tour guide will meet you in a private A/C car to take you to:

Giza Pyramids Complex

Millions of Egyptian tourists continue to be awed by this genuinely famous historical location, which was built during the 4th dynasty and is still considered one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The most impressive structures at the site are three gigantic stone pyramids, the greatest of which is the Pyramid of Cheops, which is dedicated to Pharaoh Khufu and was constructed from 2,300,000 stone pieces.

The Great Sphinx

The Great Sphinx, which is thought to be Pharaoh Khafre’s monument, is the greatest protector of the royal cemetery at the Giza Plateau. Since the monument is formed like a human head lion as a symbol of power and wisdom, the terrified Sphinx’s unusual construction is what gave it its notoriety. Its unique structure is explained by the fact that the Greek term “Sphinx” is a translation of the ancient Egyptian phrase “Ssp Ankh,” which meant the living image.

The Valley Temple

One of the Giza Pyramids Complex’s best-preserved structures is the Valley Temple. Originally built as a mortuary temple for Pharaoh Cheops and his family, it later developed into one of the most popular places for purification and mummification, where ancient kings and nobles prepared for the afterlife by being purified, mummified, and surrounded by food, treasures, and their gold possessions.

Go to an Egyptian restaurant for a high-quality meal before visiting

Step Pyramid of Saqqara

A trip to Giza would be incomplete without taking in the first Egyptian pyramid ever constructed. The Saqqara Step Pyramid, which was built during the third dynasty, is one of King Djoser’s most impressive works of art. This 203-foot-tall stepping-stone structure has six wonderful tiers.

City of Memphis

When the Old Kingdom ruled Egypt and Ptah was revered, Memphis City functioned as the nation’s capital. Because the king’s palace was constructed of bleached stones, this imperial city was also known as the “White Wall.” It was formerly believed that “Memphis” was a Greek term that translated to “Men-Nefer” in the ancient Egyptian language, which stood for steady and lovely.

You’ll be taken to the hotel where you’ll spend the night.

Day 3: Top attractions in Aswan: After eating breakfast, board your aircraft for Aswan. When you arrive, your tour guide will accompany you as you see the most significant historical sites in the Nubian city, including:

The High Dam

The Aswan High Dam is the only impressive engineering achievement that comes from President Gamal Abdul Nasser’s time in office and is considered to be his most astounding accomplishment. The project, which began in 1960 and was around 12,500 feet broad, was finished in 1971 and was in charge of producing over half of the nation’s power.

The Unfinished Obelisk

It was fashioned out of red granite and is the largest obelisk ever built in Ancient Egypt. This massive monument was 140 feet long and had never been finished due to a fault in the granite that was discovered after construction was abandoned. After enjoying a fantastic lunch at a reputable restaurant, go to:

Temple of Philae

One of the most beautiful temples is now located on Agilika Island and is called Philae. During the Ptolemaic Period, the temple grew to become the primary place of devotion for the goddess Isis.

Register at a five-star hotel to spend the night in Aswan.

Day 4: Visit the Temples of Abu Simbel: After receiving your breakfast boxes, you will be taken to Abu Simbel by a contemporary A/C car with your knowledgeable tour guide to see:

Abu Simbel Temples

Without seeing the Abu Simbel Temple, no Aswan excursion is complete. One of the most magnificent structures ever built in Egypt, Abu Simbel serves as a prime example of the splendor of ancient Egyptian architecture. The temple is comprised of two twin temples that were impressively carved into the mountains during the reign of Pharaoh Ramses II. One of the secondary temples was built in memory of the king’s inspirational queen Nefertari, while the other was the primary temple.

After lunch at a restaurant with a Nile view, travel back to Aswan and check into your accommodation.

Day 5: Visit Luxor’s East Bank Attractions: After breakfast at your Aswan hotel, take a first-class train to Luxor. When you arrive in Luxor, you will be greeted by your knowledgeable tour guide who will take you to the greatest monuments on the east bank of the Nile, including:

Temple of Karnak

The largest structure ever built by humans, Karnak Temple, will be the first stop in Luxor. There are three primary structures on this very distinctive site, which is spread over 247 acres. Its distinctiveness stems not just from its enormous size but also from the very unusual wall decorations and drawings that it displays. The biggest religious site, Karnak was primarily built for Amun, Khonsu, and Mut worship.

After eating lunch at a fancy restaurant, check into a five-star hotel. During the evening, get ready to go visit.

Temple of Luxor

The temple of Luxor, located in the center of Luxor City and considered the World’s Largest Outdoor Museum, is a reminder of an earlier age. Unlike the other temples in the city, Luxor Temple was built to revive royalty rather than to worship a deity or a historical person. Returning to your hotel will allow you to spend the night in Luxor.

Day 6: Visit Luxor’s West Bank Attractions: Visit the must-see sights in the West Bank with your tour guide, which include:

Temple of Hatshepsut

The only female pharaoh in Egyptian history, Queen Hatshepsut is regarded as one of the most successful pharaohs of ancient Egypt. Her funerary temple, which honors all of her outstanding deeds on its walls, was one of many successes during her calm and successful reign that saw a broad range of other accomplishments.

The Kings’ Valley

The tombs of the rulers of the dynasties 17, 18, and 19 in ancient Egypt are located there. One of the most amazing monuments in the Valley of the Kings has 63 royal tombs, the majority of which were built for pharaohs and other aristocracy.

For your trip to include a boat ride on the Nile, enjoy a delicious lunch on an island. then proceed to observe:

Memnon’s Colossi

The guards of Amenhotep III’s Mortuary Temple are the fabled Colossi of Memnon. The temple, which is made up of two magnificent twin sculptures and is located at Luxor’s entrance, is well-known for its regal aspect.

You’ll return to your hotel and spend the night there.

Day 7: Visit Habu and the Valley of the Queens: After breakfast, your knowledgeable tour guide will accompany you as you continue your journey through Luxor in a private A/C car and visit:

The Queens’ Valley

The Valley of the Queens is just a magnificent place where royal queens, princesses, and aristocracy are interred. The site, which has 90 imperial tombs, is situated on the western bank of the Nile. Because the Ancient Egyptians believed in the afterlife, they built this enormous structure to preserve the queens’ riches, food, and other essentials for the afterlife.

Temple of Habu

Ramses III ordered Medinet Habu, which is a beautiful structure with its pylon and many ancient embellishments that are still in excellent condition. The administrative center and the temple were located within Medinet Habu, which acted as a walled city to protect the original occupants throughout the conflict.

We’ll have lunch at a reputable restaurant before going to see:

Deir El-Medina

The best example of an old, well-preserved settlement is “The Workers’ Village,” which is also the home of the artisans who provided services to the monarchs and royal families. While constructing royal tombs like Valley of the Kings, more than 70 families have resided here.

You’ll be taken to your Luxor hotel.

Day 8: Visit the Temples of Dendara and Abydos / Transfer to Hurghada: Let’s eat breakfast on your eighth day in the land of the pharaohs before being driven in a luxurious A/C car to two of the most fascinating structures in ancient Egypt:

Temple at Dendera

The “Temple of Hathor” is situated in Dendara City, which is north of Luxor. Ptolemy XII and Cleopatra II designed and built the Dendara Temple first, and the Romans added the last touches to it. According to popular belief, the temple was primarily built to honor ancient Egyptian gods like the Goddess of Hathor.

Temple of Abydos

The ancient pharaohs considered Abydos to be one of the holiest places, and the majority of them had dreams of going there because they thought the temple served as a gate to the land of the dead. The Great Ramsses II finished the Abydos Temple after his father Seti I had planned it and begun the process of building it.

Your lunch will then be provided in a top-notch, well-known restaurant, and at this point, you’ll be driven to Hurghada in a contemporary A/C car to check into a 5-star hotel and spend the night.

Day 9: Hurghada Free day: Enjoy a free day at the beach or by yourself exploring the city.

Day 10: Hurghada Scuba Diving: After breakfast at the hotel, you will be driven to a scuba diving expedition where you will see beautiful coral reefs and learn about marine life before returning to your hotel.

Day 11: Hurghada Free Day: Enjoy a free day at the beach or by yourself exploring the city.

Day 12: Hurghada safari excursion: Have breakfast at the hotel before setting out on a quad safari to see the magnificent desert life and have a barbecue meal before returning to your hotel.

Day 13: Take in the best of Cairo: After breakfast, you’ll take a flight to Cairo, where you’ll meet with a personal Egyptologist to learn about the greatest must-see attractions, such as:

The Egyptian Museum

The Egyptian Museum is home to a unique collection of 5000-year-old artifacts that displays more than 250,000 authentic artifacts, including the magnificent exhibition of the great King Tutankhamun in addition to hundreds of other jewels and significant items.

Enjoy your lunch at a reputable neighborhood restaurant in the center of Cairo before traveling to:

Citadel of Salah El Din

To defend the city against a Crusader assault, Salah EL Din Ayyubid built the magnificent Cairo Citadel during his rule. The building of the fortress had begun in 1176 AD and was finished in 1182 AD.

Mosque of Mohamed Ali

To construct his alabaster mosque, one of Cairo’s most iconic Islamic monuments, between 1830 and 1848, Muhammed Ali opted to destroy the Mamluks’ structures within the citadel.

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) is a heavenly gateway leading to the immeasurable riches of Egypt that stretch back more than 4000 years and were discovered in ancient Cairo, which served as Egypt’s first capital at the dawn of the Islamic era, on the holy site of El Fustat.

Market in Khan El Khalili

The Khan El Khalili Bazaar, the oldest market in the Middle East, is a must-see before you leave Cairo. Here, you can shop for clothing, trinkets, perfumes, and other items while enjoying a delightful shopping experience.

Register at a five-star hotel to stay the night.

Day 14: Top Alexandria Attractions: The following Alexandria must-see sights will be visited with your tour guide after being picked up by a private air-conditioned vehicle:

Kom El Shoqafa’s catacombs

It is a Roman archaeological site with several burials that have been lavishly adorned. It is believed that a particularly affluent Roman family utilized the catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, one of the wonders of the Middle Ages, for internment during the second century AD.

Pompey’s Pillar

Around 300 AD, the Roman triumphal column known as Pompey’s Pillar was built in memory of Augustus Diocletian. This monument was around 100 feet tall and was built of red granite.

Citadel of Qaitbay

Sultan Qaitbey built the Qaitbey Citadel in the fourteenth century as the city of Alexandria’s first line of defense against the Ottoman army’s advances.

We’ll have a fantastic lunch at a seafood restaurant before going to see:

Alexandria Library

Now is the perfect moment to take a fantastic cultural tour of one of the biggest scientific institutions in the world. The Library of Alexandria, which houses more than 10 million volumes in all genres together with a conference center and other specialist libraries, is the most important accomplishment of the twenty-first century.

Day trip to Wadi el Hitan and Wadi el Rayan

July 9, 2024

We went on a full day trip to Wadi el Hitan and Wadi el Rayan with Mohamed (Hamada). Mohamed was a wonderful guide, always making sure we had plenty of water and enough to eat, and providing us with information about the area and Egypt more generally. He also gave us plenty of time to explore by ourselves. We would highly recommend Egypt Fun Tours and Mohamed.
