Day 1: Arrival at Cairo Airport + Sound & Light Show
Your magical vacation begins upon landing at Cairo Airport. Our representative will assist with paperwork and luggage before transferring you to your hotel in a private A/C vehicle. In the evening, enjoy the brilliant Sound and Light Show at the Giza Pyramids Complex, which brings the history of ancient Egyptian civilization to life. Return to your hotel in Cairo for the night.
Day 2: Experience the Majestic Wonders of Cairo
After breakfast, your tour guide will take you to the Giza Pyramids Complex, home to the Great Pyramid of King Khufu, the Sphinx, and the Valley Temple, dating back to the Old Kingdom (2686–2134 BC). After lunch, visit Memphis City, the first Egyptian capital established by King Menes in 2925 BC. Next, explore the Saqqara Step Pyramid, designed for Pharaoh Djoser by his vizier Imhotep, and the Dahshur Pyramids, including the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid, both constructed for King Sneferu. Return to your hotel in Cairo for the night.
Day 3: Head to the Enchanting City of Aswan
Enjoy breakfast before flying to Aswan, where you will meet your tour guide to explore:
- Philae Temple was built by King Ptolemy II to honor the goddess Isis.
- The Unfinished Obelisk was ordered by Queen Hatshepsut but broken during construction.
After lunch, visit the Aswan High Dam, an engineering marvel from the 1960s. End your day back at your hotel in Aswan.
Day 4: Explore the Magic Behind the Abu Simbel Temples
After breakfast and check-out, you will head to the Abu Simbel Temples, built by Ramses the Great to honor the gods and his wife, Queen Nefertari. After lunch, catch a train to Luxor, where you will spend the night at your hotel.
Day 5: The Majestic City of Luxor Tour
Start your day with breakfast before your guide takes you to:
- Valley of the Queens, a royal burial site with over 75 tombs.
- Valley of the Kings, known for the tomb of Tutankhamun, among others.
- Karnak Temple Complex is one of the largest ancient temple complexes in the world.
Enjoy lunch in Luxor and spend the night at your hotel.
Day 6: Observe the Marvelous Dendera Temple Complex
After breakfast, visit:
- Abydos Temple, dedicated to Osiris, features the famous Abydos King List.
- Dendera Temple, known for its beautiful decorations, was built during the Ptolemaic Dynasty.
Return to your hotel in Luxor for the night.
Day 7: Experience the Treasures of Old Cairo
After breakfast and checkout, fly back to Cairo. Explore:
- The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) houses thousands of artifacts.
- The Hanging Church is an important Coptic site dating back to the 3rd century AD.
- Al Muizz Street is famous for its Islamic architecture.
After lunch, visit:
- Sultan Hassan Madrassa and Mosque is an architectural marvel from the Mamluk period.
- Al Rifai Mosque, built in 1869 AD.
- Baron Empain Palace, a Hindu temple in Heliopolis.
- A nilometer on Roda Island was used to measure Nile water levels.
Return to your hotel in Cairo for the night.
Day 8: Extraordinary Super Safari Wadi El Hitan
After breakfast, your tour guide will take you in a private 4×4 A/C car to Wadi El Hitan, a UNESCO site about 150 km south of Cairo, known for its whale fossils. Enjoy sandboarding across the dunes, followed by a camel ride to a Bedouin camp for a tasty barbecue lunch. After your safari, return to your hotel in Cairo for the night.
Day 9: Departure + Fly Back to Your Home
