1st day: Fly into Egypt and take a dinner cruise.

Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, Egypt Fun Tours will welcome you to the land of the pharaohs. Your tour guide will take you to a five-star hotel in Cairo, where you may check-in.

Your tour guide will first take you to experience the greatest dinner aboard a highly-rated Nile cruise in the evening. Following this, you will enjoy the best local entertainment, including belly dancing and musical concerts, all in a uniquely unmatched ambiance. This will mark the beginning of your first steps in Egypt. Afterward, you will then return to your hotel.

2nd day: Visit the Saqqara region and the Giza Pyramids:

After breakfast, your tour guide takes you to Giza’s top historical sites, including:

Giza Pyramids Complex: The most spectacular legacy left by Ancient Egypt, created under the rule of the 4th dynasty, is the Giza Pyramids Complex. The three fabled pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Menkaure are its most recognizable features, situated on the Giza Plateau, also known as the “Giza Necropolis.”

The Great Pyramid: The highest building in the ancient world for more than 2000 years, it is the biggest pyramid on the Giza Plateau. Pharaoh Khufu, who ruled Egypt during the 4th dynasty, built the Great Pyramid of 2,300,000 stone pieces. It stands at 147 meters.

The Great Sphinx: First, it portrays Pharaoh Chephren as the bodyguard of the Giza Pyramids Complex. Moreover, the Sphinx is an enormous limestone sculpture, measuring 73 m tall, 20 m high, and 19 m broad. Notably, its human head and lion body symbolize sternness and knowledge.

The Valley Temple: It is a granite mortuary temple that is part of the Giza Complex. The priests primarily used the Valley Temple for ceremonial cleansing and mummification, while also serving as a place of worship for the royal rites.

After lunch, you will proceed to see:

Step Pyramid of Saqqara:

King Djoser built the very first pyramid in the history of the planet. Specifically, the Saqqara Step Pyramid features six steps and rises around 300 feet. It serves as the tomb of the King. Furthermore, its design is to serve religious purposes.

City of Memphis:

The ancient Egyptians referred to Memphis, the first capital of Egypt, as the “White Wall” because the king’s palace was constructed of whitewashed limestones. Scholars formerly believed that the term “Memphis” was derived from the ancient Egyptian phrase “Men-nefer,” which meant steady and lovely.

We’ll take you back to your hotel so you may stay the night.

3rd day: A Spectacular Trip to Old Cairo:

After breakfast, your knowledgeable tour guide will lead you to the most popular Cairo attractions, such as:

The Egyptian Museum: The Egyptian Museum is home to an outstanding display of more than 250,000 royal artifacts and artifacts dating back more than three thousand years. In addition to hundreds of other artifacts and jewels, the museum houses the legendary collection of the Great King Tutankhamun.

After having lunch at a top-notch neighborhood eatery, you’ll go to:

Mosque of Amr Ibn Al Ass: The famous Islamic leader Amr Ibn Al Aas, who brought Islam to Egypt, commissioned and finished the construction of the Amr Ibn Al-Aas mosque in 640 AD, making it the earliest Islamic building in Africa.

The Hanging Church:

One of the most well-known Christian tourist destinations is the Hanging Church, which dates back to the ninth century. However, it is thought that the Hanging Church was the earliest Coptic site in all of Egypt when it was a church in the third century AD.

Synagogue of Ben Ezra: The Ben Ezra Synagogue, built in the ninth century and hidden away in the Old Cairo lanes, is the oldest Jewish location in Egypt. After the majority of the Jewish population left Egypt in the 1950s, the location became a popular tourist destination.

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization:

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) is a technologically sophisticated organization that presents Egypt’s historical and cultural treasures in the best possible light. Furthermore, it is the first museum in North Africa to specialize in the Egyptian civilization. This civilization spans more than 4,000 years. In addition, NMEC showcases the diverse and rich historical eras that comprise this fascinating civilization.

Market in Khan El Khalili: Let’s go shopping at the oldest market in the Middle East, where you can find a wide range of products, including clothing, trinkets, fragrances, and more.

For the night, you will be returned to your hotel.

Day 4: Highlights of a Visit to Islamic Cairo:

After breakfast at the hotel, your expert Egyptologist will accompany you as you tour Cairo’s most notable Islamic landmarks, including:

Citadel of Salah El Din: Salah EL Din Ayyubid ordered the construction of the magnificent Cairo Citadel to defend Cairo from Crusader invasion. It is a 12th century fortress.

Mosque of Mohamed Ali:

To construct his alabaster mosque, one of Cairo’s most iconic Islamic monuments, between 1830 and 1848, Muhammed Ali opted to destroy the Mamluk-era structures in the Cairo Citadel.

Eat lunch at a respectable neighborhood eatery before visiting:

Mosque of Sultan Hassan:

The 14th-century Sultan Hassan Mosque, located in El Darb El Ahmar in the center of the city, is unquestionably the best specimen of Mamluk architecture. Additionally, the building’s enormous size just adds to its amazingness. However, the majority of its tourists are awed by its magnificent architecture.

Mosque of Al Rifai: One of the finest specimens of Islamic architecture, Al Rifa’i Mosque is situated across from Sultan Hassan Mosque. Construction began in 1819 and was finished in 1912.
