Tour Itinerary

Embark on a captivating journey from Cairo to the stunning landscapes of the White Desert, explore the unique Black Desert, and experience the rich culture of Bahariyya. Visit Wadi El-Hitan, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its fossilized remains, and enjoy the beauty of Wadi El-Rayan, famous for its enchanting waterfalls and lakes. Conclude your adventure with a return to Cairo.

1st day: Cairo to Bahariyya and White Desert

7:00 AM: Depart from Cairo for Bahariya Oasis, a 4 to 5-hour drive covering 365 km.
Noon: Arrive at Bahariya Oasis (Bawiti Center).
12:00-1:00 PM: Transfer via Jeep Safari to Al-Haiz.
1:00-2:00 PM: Enjoy lunch in El-Haiz.
2:00-5:00 PM: Explore the Black Desert, Crystal Mountain, hot springs, natural carvings, and Malachite Valley.
5:00 PM: Arrive at the White Desert to witness a breathtaking sunset.
5:00-7:00 PM: Relax and enjoy the atmosphere while your BBQ dinner is prepared by the Bedouins.
7:00 PM: Savor a barbecue dinner under the stars, along with traditional Bedouin tea.
Overnight: Experience camping in a spacious tent equipped with pillows, mattresses, sleeping bags, and other essentials for a cozy night in the desert.

2nd day: White Desert to Wadi Hitan

Early Morning: Wake up early to catch the stunning sunrise.
Breakfast: Enjoy breakfast in the White Desert.
8:00-9:30 AM: Jeep safari back to Bawiti.
10:00- 10:30 AM: Refresh with a shower and change clothes at the hotel.
11:30 AM-3:30 PM: Drive to Wadi Hitan, stopping at Wadi El Sant (Acacia Valley) and Wadi Hitan Panorama for lunch along the way.
3:30-5:00 PM: Enjoy a 2-hour walk through Wadi Hitan, exploring whale fossils and learning about their evolutionary significance.
5:30-7:30 PM: Relax while the driver prepares the camp and BBQ dinner.
7:30-8:00 PM: Delight in dinner, followed by the unique experience of sleeping on the ancient ocean bed of the Tethys Sea.

3rd day: Wadi El-Rayyan to Cairo

6:00 AM: wake-up call.
6:30-7:30 AM: Enjoy breakfast while watching the sunrise.
7:30-8:00 AM: Drive to Wadi El-Rayyan, stopping at Mudawara Mountain for breathtaking views.
9:00- 11:00 AM: Visit the Wadi El-Rayyan Protected Area, exploring its lakes, waterfalls, and diverse birdlife while soaking in the contrasting scenery.
11:00-11:30 AM: Drive to Qaroun Lake, Egypt’s third-largest lake.
12:00-1:00 PM: Enjoy lunch at a lakeside fish restaurant (optional).
1:00–3:00 PM: Transfer back to Cairo, concluding your exciting desert adventure.
