Tour Itinerary
Meet, welcome, and assist with airport formalities. Transfer to your hotel and check in. Overnight at your hotel.
After breakfast, we will begin our tour of the Giza pyramids, which include the huge pyramid of King Cheops as well as the Sphinx and the remnants of the same king’s funeral temple. We will also see the pyramids of King Chephren and King Mekarynos. Egyptian Lunch at a restaurant in the countryside.
Discover the Sakkara pyramids, including the King Djoser step pyramid, the museum of Imhotep, a senior official’s tomb, the King Titi and King Una’s pyramids, and a distant view of the Dahshur pyramids. Visit Memphis, the country’s initial capital, which has the 16-meter-tall monument of King Ramses II and the alabaster sphinx of Queen Hatshepsut. Attend the Giza area sound and light display (optional).
Hotel breakfast is available. We will begin our journey in the Egyptian Museum, which has more than 120,000 artifacts from ancient Egypt in addition to King Tut Ankh Amun’s incredible collection from the 18th dynasty New Kingdom and the royal mummies.
Visit Coptic Cairo, including the so-called Hanging church, the Bn Izra Synagogue, and the Church of Saint Sergius, the earliest church ever constructed in Egypt. Lunch at a restaurant popular with tourists near the Nile. Visit Islamic Cairo, including the Saladin Citadel, Mohamed Ali’s Alabaster Mosque, his Gawhara Palace, and the Amr Ibn El-Aas Mosque, which was the first mosque ever constructed in Egypt.
Discover the Khan El-Khalili market, home to the Al-Azhar mosque and a series of historically distinctive Islamic streets. Go to the railway station to catch your Aswan-bound sleeper. Dinner was served aboard the overnight train.
breakfast served aboard the overnight train. Arrive at Aswan to begin our tour of the High Dam, which was constructed in 1960 to regulate the yearly Nile flood and organize agricultural processes. Visit the Unfinished Obelisk, a huge 18th-dynasty obelisk that was never finished. Joining our lunchtime Nile cruise. Take a speedboat in the afternoon to the Philae Temple, which was constructed by the Ptolemies and honors the goddess of love, Isis. Explore Elephantine Island by felucca while passing the Agha Khan Mausoleum. Dinner is served aboard the cruise ship.
Day 5: Aswan – Sailing
Breakfast on board your cruise, leisurely sailing from Aswan to Luxor along the fertile Nile with two stops to see the unusual double temple of Kom Ombo (dedicated to two gods, the falcon god Horus and the crocodile god Sobek), a visit by horse-drawn carriage to the temple of Edfu (dedicated to the falcon god Hours and the second-largest temple in Egypt), lunch, and dinner on board your cruise.
Day 6: Luxor East & West
breakfast served aboard the ship. our tour on the west bank of Luxor, where we will see the Valley of the Kings, which contains 65 tombs of kings from the 18th to 22nd dynasties, the Valley of the Queens, which contains tombs of queens from the new kingdom, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which has a contemporary appearance, and the Colossi of Memnon, which originally belonged to King Amenhotep III.
We return to the ship for lunch. We begin our tour of the Karnak temples in the late afternoon. This is Egypt’s greatest temple complex, and it was once connected to Luxor Temple by a sphinx avenue. After breakfast onboard your cruise ship. Transfer to Luxor airport for your flight to Cairo. Arrive in Cairo, welcome, meet, and assist. Check-in at your hotel Overnight.
Day 8: Cairo-Jordan/Amman-Jordan:
After breakfast, you’ll be taken to the airport to catch a flight to Amman. Once at Amman Airport, our local representative will greet you and help you. Start your Amman City day trip. Start your car and head towards the Dead Sea. leisurely time (swimming, floating). Register at the hotel. Afternoon in Amman
Day 9: Wadi Rum – Desert Safari
Hotel breakfast is available. begin your Jeep Safari desert excursion in Wadi Rum. Bypass the Seven Pillars of Wisdom that the renowned Lawrence of Arabia articulated. Drive by the home of Lawrence of Arabia. during the trip, a meal. Check out the ancient Thamudic and Nabatean writings. Wadi Rum’s sunset, check-in at our campsite, a BBQ dinner, and an overnight stay at our camp.
Day 10: Wadi Rum – Petra
Breakfast at your camp. Drive to Petra. Visit the fabulous rose-red desert sandstone. The Nabataean city of Petra. Visit the High Place Monastery. Visit the Roman-style Palace Tomb. Transfer to your hotel in Petra overnight.
Day 11: Petra-Amman / Petra – Amman
Breakfast at your hotel. Transfer back to Amman, Transfer to your Hotel in Amman.
Breakfast at your hotel. Transfer to Amman International Airport for your departure.
