13-Day Honeymoon Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at the Land of Wonders
Upon your arrival in Cairo, an airport representative will be waiting to assist you with customs and luggage. Then you will be transferred to your hotel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle. Once you check in, you will have time to relax before your evening activity. Later in the evening, you will enjoy a romantic dinner cruise on the Nile River, complete with a belly dancing show and a traditional Tannoura performance. You will then return to your hotel for the night.
Day 2: Discover the Legendary Pyramids
Your day begins with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Afterward, you will travel to the Giza Pyramids Complex. Here, you will see the Great Pyramid of King Khufu, the oldest and largest of the three. You will also get to see the famous Great Sphinx, which guards the Valley Temple below. Next, you will have a special lunch at a local restaurant with a spectacular view of the pyramids. In the afternoon, you will explore the Saqqara Step Pyramid, Egypt’s first large-scale stone building. Your final stop is the ancient city of Memphis, Egypt’s first capital. Finally, you will be driven back to your hotel in Cairo.
Day 3: Tour to the Bride of the Mediterranean
Today, you will enjoy a delicious breakfast before heading out on a day trip to Alexandria. You will travel in a private car with your own expert guide. Your first stop is the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, a fascinating Roman burial site. Next, you will see Pompey’s Pillar, a large granite column honoring Emperor Diocletian. After that, you will visit the Qaitbay Citadel, a 15th-century fortress on the Mediterranean coast. For lunch, you will savor a fresh seafood meal at a local restaurant. The day ends with a visit to the renowned Alexandria Library before returning to your hotel in Cairo for the night.
Day 4: Taste the Charm of Aswan City
After breakfast, you will check out of your hotel and be transferred to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, you will visit the High Dam, a modern marvel of engineering. Then you will see the Unfinished Obelisk, a massive stone that was abandoned by ancient Egyptians. You will also take a scenic boat trip to the Temple of Philae, which was relocated to a new island to save it from the rising waters of the Nile. Later in the day, you will board a 5-star deluxe Nile cruise ship. You will enjoy lunch and spend the night on board.
Day 5: Discover the Love Story Behind Abu Simbel
Your morning starts very early with breakfast boxes. You will then meet your private guide for a trip to the magnificent Abu Simbel Temples. The Temples were built by King Ramses II, and one is dedicated to his beloved Queen Nefertari. You will marvel at the impressive rock-cut carvings and artwork. After exploring, you will be driven back to the cruise ship. You will have a relaxing lunch on board and spend the night as you sail the Nile.
Day 6: Witness the Greatness of Edfu & Kom Ombo
Today, you will enjoy a relaxing breakfast on the cruise ship. The first stop is the Temple of Kom Ombo. This temple is unique because it has two sanctuaries dedicated to different gods. Afterward, you will visit the Temple of Edfu. This is one of Egypt’s best-preserved temples, and it features dramatic carvings of the god Horus. You will then have lunch on the cruise as you sail towards Luxor, arriving late at night.
Day 7: Explore the Treasures of Luxor East Bank
After breakfast, you will check out of the cruise. Your day begins with a tour of the Luxor East Bank. You will explore the vast Karnak Temple, a large complex of sanctuaries and obelisks. Next, you will check into your hotel in Luxor and have lunch. Later in the evening, you will visit the beautiful Luxor Temple, which is especially stunning when lit up at night. Afterward, you will return to your hotel for the night.
Day 8: Visit Luxor West Bank Landmarks – Transfer to Hurghada
After a final breakfast, you will check out of your hotel. You will begin your day with a tour of the West Bank of Luxor. First, you will visit the Valley of the Kings, the burial site of many pharaohs, including Tutankhamun. Then you will explore the beautiful Temple of Hatshepsut, built for the famous female pharaoh. Your tour ends at the massive Colossi of Memnon. After a final lunch in Luxor, you will be transferred by private car to Hurghada, a resort town on the Red Sea. You will check into your 5-star hotel and have the rest of the day to relax.
Day 9: Hurghada Free Day
Today is a full day of relaxation. You can spend the day swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying the beach. There are also many optional activities available. This is a great time to go snorkeling, diving, or on a boat trip. The day is yours to enjoy at your leisure.
Day 10: Hurghada Snorkeling Excursion
Your day begins with a snorkeling adventure in the Red Sea. You will get to experience the vibrant marine life and stunning coral reefs. This is a memorable experience. You will return to your hotel in the evening for the night.
Day 11: Fly to Cairo – Tour to Old Cairo Landmarks
After breakfast, you will check out of your hotel. You will be transferred to Hurghada Airport for your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, your guide will meet you and begin your tour of the city. You will visit the Egyptian Museum, which houses a vast collection of artifacts, including treasures from Tutankhamun’s tomb. After lunch at a local restaurant, you will explore the Citadel of Salah El Din and the beautiful Mohamed Ali Mosque. Then, you will visit the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization to learn more about Egypt’s history. Your day ends with a visit to the famous Khan El Khalili Bazaar, where you can do some shopping. Finally, you will be transferred to your hotel for the night.
Day 12: Free Day in Cairo
Today is a free day for you to relax. You can do some last-minute souvenir shopping or revisit a favorite part of the city. This is a great time to explore on your own. You will have the day to enjoy at your leisure.
Day 13: End Your 13-Day Honeymoon Tour Package
After breakfast, your unforgettable honeymoon trip comes to an end. We will transfer you to Cairo International Airport for your final departure. Our representative will assist you with the check-in process and ensure a smooth journey home.
