8-Day Group Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Sound and Light Show at Cairo Arrival
The group vacation begins upon arrival at Cairo airport. Our staff will assist with luggage and complete all entry paperwork. Everyone will then be transported to their 5-star hotel in a private air-conditioned vehicle for check-in and relaxation. In the evening, the group will visit the Giza Pyramids plateau for a captivating sound and light show that narrates the history of ancient Egypt. After the show, dinner will be served at a restaurant in Cairo before returning to the hotel for the night.

Day 2: Visit the Museum and the Giza Pyramids
The group will enjoy breakfast before departing in a private A/C vehicle to explore:
- Giza Pyramids Complex: Home to monumental structures built around 3500 BC, including:
- The Great Pyramid: Built for Khufu (2609–2584 BC), it stands at 147 meters and weighs about 6 million tons.
- The Great Sphinx
- The Valley Temple: Constructed during the Old Kingdom (2686–2134 BC) for mummification.
After lunch at a restaurant with views of the Pyramids and Nile, the group will visit:
- The Egyptian Museum: Opened in 1901, it houses Egypt’s celestial relics.
The group will return to their hotel in Cairo for the night.

Day 3: Check-in for Nile Cruise and Tour of Luxor’s East Bank
After checking out, everyone will fly to Luxor, where they will meet their tour guide and visit:
- Temple of Karnak: A religious center constructed over 1400 years, featuring the hypostyle hall and the avenue of the sphinxes.
The group will board a 5-star Nile cruise for lunch and then visit:
- Luxor Temple by Night: Known for the Opet festival honoring royalty and the Theban triad.
After dinner, the group will spend the night on the cruise.

Day 4: Sail to Edfu and Explore Luxor’s West Bank
The group will have breakfast on the Nile Cruise before visiting Luxor’s west bank:
- The Valley of the Kings: Home to 63 tombs of famous figures like Ramses the Great and Tutankhamun.
- Temple of Hatshepsut: Built in 1479 BC, it exemplifies classical ancient Egyptian architecture.
- Colossi of Memnon: Two towering statues of Amenhotep III (1386–1350 BC).
After returning for lunch and dinner, the group will stay overnight on the cruise.

Day 5: Sailing to Aswan and Visiting Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples
The group will enjoy breakfast aboard the Nile Cruise before visiting:
- Temple of Edfu: Dedicated to the god Horus, it was built between 237 and 57 BC.
- Temple of Kom Ombo: A unique twin temple honoring Horus and Sobek, constructed between 180 and 47 BC.
After lunch and dinner, the group will stay overnight on the cruise.

Day 6: Explore Aswan’s Attractions
After breakfast, the group will explore Aswan:
- High Dam at Aswan: A significant hydroelectric project completed in the 1960s.
- The Unfinished Obelisk: An open-air museum showcasing ancient Egyptian craftsmanship.
- Temple of Philae: Dedicated to the goddess Isis, built in the 7th century BC.
The group will return for lunch and dinner on the Nile Cruise and stay overnight.

Day 7: Explore the Magnificent Abu Simbel Temples
The group will disembark from the cruise in the morning and, with breakfast boxes, explore:
- Abu Simbel Temples: Built by Ramses the Great (1303–1213 BC) to commemorate the Kadesh conflict.
After touring, the group will enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant before heading to Aswan airport for their flight back to Cairo.
