Egypt “Ms Re”

Since the beginning of time, a mysterious place inhabited by increasingly more mysterious people has chosen to alter the course of human history and propel humanity into a new era of development and technological advancement to build heaven on earth. According to all criteria, Egypt’s ability to withstand the ravages of time and pursue the vision of knowledge is a real miracle. In every way, from geographical location to natural resources, Egypt has been blessed in such a way that we have been able to build an immortal civilization that has changed the course of history and innovated to the highest level, such that they have been able to catch the stars with their bare hands in the process.

Overview of Egypt’s historical development

Egypt

Egypt’s history dates back to 8000 BCE. However, most of its glory centers on the last 5170 years. During this time, a single ruler named Menes (or Narmer) unified Egypt and founded the first dynasty. The annual Nile River flood, which the ancient Greek historian Herodotus called “the Gift of the Nile,” brought on an agricultural revolution. This revolution generated enormous wealth and fueled immortal projects. Egypt established its reputation as a powerful kingdom over the centuries.

Many great pharaohs and powerful people worked for the next three millennia to bring the kingdom to new heights. These pharaohs included Queen Hatshepsut and King Ramses the Great. During this period, Egyptians built many great monuments. They also created countless beautiful artifacts to preserve their legacy for future generations. Some of these monuments include the great pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, the Abu Simbel temple, the Karnak temple, and the Valley of the Kings.

From Foreign Rule to Modern Day

The Persians defeated the last native dynasty in 341 BC. Following them, the Greeks, Romans, and Byzantines arrived. Then came the Coptic era. Finally, Arabs led by Amr Ibn Alas arrived in the 7th century. They introduced Islam and the Arabic language. The Mamluks and the Fatimids followed. They filled the city of Cairo with countless mosques and schools, such as Al-Azhar.

The Ottoman Empire took control of the nation in 1517. Egypt remained under Ottoman administration until the empire was defeated in 1517. It then came under British rule in 1882. The country gained its independence in 1922.

Egypt’s Geographical Location – Where is Egypt?

Egypt is an African and Arabian country that occupies a privileged geographical position in North Africa and Western Asia (Sinai Peninsula). Egypt is bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, which separates it from Europe, by Palestine, the Red Sea, and the Gulf of Aqaba, which separate Egypt from Jordan and Saudi Arabia, by Sudan, and by Libya. It is bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, which separates it from Europe, the Red Sea, and the Gulf of Aqaba, which separate Egypt from Jordan and Saudi Arabia.

Egypt’s Climate is described as follows:

The weather in Egypt is typically hot, dry, and sunny all year long, with temperatures reaching 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit) during the summer months. However, the climate is quite pleasant during the winter months from September to April, with temperatures as low as 20 degrees Celsius (68 degrees Fahrenheit). The winter months are considered to be the best time for tourists to visit Egypt because the weather becomes more bearable, allowing them to spend more time exploring the various artifacts and monuments of the magical land in Cairo, Alexandria, Luxor, Aswan, and across the Red Sea in Hurghada and Sharm el sheik.

Egypt from the perspective of agriculture

As a result of the enormous Nile River, which flows across Egypt from north to south and forms a fertile valley with its silt on the river banks, Egypt is naturally an agricultural nation. The ancient Egyptians discovered life and prosperity in this valley.

Egypt from the perspective of the industry

It is an industrialized country with a large number of enterprises that rely on the raw materials gathered from Egypt’s abundant agricultural environment as well as from its gold and gemstone mines to survive and prosper. The country is currently active in several modern businesses while yet preserving its historical origins.

Egypt as seen from the perspective of commerce

Because of its unique geographical location, Egypt is a massive commercial hub. Most international trade passes through the country via the Suez Canal. This is the shortest international commercial route connecting the Red Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. Egypt also has many ports that facilitate global commerce. It is involved in almost every major industrial and economic sector, with tourism being the most prominent.

In addition to being one of the world’s oldest and most beautiful countries, Egypt was also home to some of the world’s greatest artists and innovators, as seen by all of the renowned historical sites found across the country. Ancient Egyptians established a great civilization in the Nile Valley. Today, you can still see it in the form of temples, artifacts, and breathtaking structures. You can discover this true miracle during your Egypt tours.

In Sinai, religious tourism is a blend of Islamic, Jewish, and Christian monuments. Key sites include El-Tor, Mount Catherine, Ben Ezra Synagogue, the Hanging Church, and Abu Serga Church.
