An Outstanding Desert Camping Adventure in Egypt
2 nights desert camping itineraries:
Day 1: Cairo – Bahariya – White Desert
In the morning, a departure from your address in Cairo (hotel, airport, station, home,… etc) (Please advise pick up location). Depart by 4X4 jeep to Bahariya onto the White Desert. Visit the Black Desert and the dune area, and then climb off the 50-meter dune. Lunch in El Heiz Oasis. On the route to Farafra, we visit Crystal Mountain, the area of the wonders with the desert roses. We then visit El Akabat before heading to the White Desert. We start exploring the formations and wind-carved sculptors. Proceed to the campsite. In the evening, we have a barbeque dinner and sleep in tents under the stars. Meals included: Lunch and dinner.
Day 2: The White Desert Camping
After breakfast, start an off-road to the magic spring, then to Ain Khadra where we have our lunch before continuing to Santa Tree (magic tree). We conclude by visiting a white desert cave and Akabat of Farafra (Tower Mountains). In the evening, we have a barbeque dinner and sleep in tents under the stars.
