The Best Time to Visit Egypt

October through April are excellent months to visit if you’re looking for the best time to visit Egypt. To escape the July and August heat, you have to visit the beaches around the Red Sea. The seasons of the year, important holidays, and the best times to visit Egypt are listed below:
Visiting Egypt in the Spring – “March 20th to June 20th.”
This is the finest time for visitors and residents to visit Egypt since the weather is mild, but they must avoid the “Khamsin Wind” between March and April because there may be dust and sand in the air. In the spring, there is a fun celebration called “Sham Ennessim.”
It is an Egyptian national holiday that occurs on the Sunday after Easter for Eastern Christians. People spend the whole day picnicking in any green location, such as public gardens, along the Nile, or at the zoo, eating the traditional Fesikh “Salty or Dried Fish,” lettuce, or green onions, and colorful boiled eggs. Visiting Egypt in Summer – “20th of June to 22nd of September”

Egypt’s summers may be quite hot, particularly in Upper Egypt. In the summer, you may participate in a variety of exciting activities, such as visiting popular tourist attractions and learning about the ancient Egyptians’ illustrious lives. The summer is not the best time to visit Egypt.
You may visit Egyptian beaches and resorts, as well as make visits to other coastal beaches such as Hurghada and Sharm El-Sheikh. If you’re feeling daring, embark on a quad bike safari to see Egypt’s golden sands and the many regions there; all of these activities are available during our Egypt Red Sea vacations.
Visiting Egypt in the Fall – “September 22nd to December 21st.”

Autumn in Egypt is a pleasant season, similar to spring, when you may enjoy your vacation in Egypt at a cheap cost. Nile River Cruises are fantastic at this time of year for seeing Egypt’s most outstanding tourist attractions. You will board a five-star cruise and sail on the Nile’s enchanting river, as well as enjoy the best tours with an expert tour guide to the Nile’s majestic sites, including the Karnak and Hatshepsut temples, Valley of the Kings, Philae Temple, Aswan High Dam, Edfu, and Kom Ombo temples, and much more.
Visiting Egypt in the Winter – “December 21st to March 21st.”

In Egypt, winter is the busiest tourism season. Egypt’s Coptic Christians celebrate Coptic Christmas on January 7th, and you should not join them. On such a day, the majority of Christians attend the Coptic Orthodox Church and begin their customs. Christians return home after the Christmas celebrations to have a delicious supper and rejoice with their family. It’s the finest time to visit Egypt to enjoy the holidays in Egyptian streets, cafés, and restaurants, complete with a Christmas tree and Santa suit.

You may also go to the Abu Simbel Sun Festival, which takes place every year on the 22nd of February and the 22nd of October. The primary reason why people from all over the world go to Aswan, Egypt, is because of the Abu Simbel temple. At Abu Simbel Temple, there is a solar festival that takes place just twice a year.
The light that rushes inside the temple shines on King Ramses II and the sun god sculptures, illuminating the whole area and showing the temple’s spectacular design. Ramses decreed that this complex be illuminated twice a year, first on the 22nd of February to commemorate his elevation to the throne and again on the 22nd of October to commemorate his birthday.
