One Day in Cairo: What to See

One Day in Cairo: What to See

Many travelers ask, “What can I see in one day in Cairo?

It’s a great question, but it’s important to remember that Cairo is a huge, bustling city. Traffic can be heavy, and the main attractions are spread out. This makes it challenging to see everything in just a single day.

For a full experience, you really need two days to cover the city’s key highlights. We typically divide the sights into two groups: the Pyramids sites on the west bank of the Nile and the cultural attractions on the east bank.
