Day 1: Cairo: Start in Egypt’s capital city, Cairo, where you can explore the Great Pyramids of Giza – one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Walk around the pyramids, take photos, and learn about how they were built by the Ancient Egyptians. You can also visit the Sphinx, which sits close to the pyramids.

Afterward, head to the Egyptian Museum, which holds an extensive collection of ancient artifacts, including mummies, carvings, and jewelry. You can take a guided tour to get the most out of your visit.

Finish the day by exploring the crowded and chaotic streets of Islamic Cairo, where you can visit the famous Khan El Khalili bazaar. This vibrant marketplace has a lively atmosphere, an array of shops and stalls selling souvenirs, and traditional Islamic architecture.

Day 2: Luxor: Take an early morning flight or train to Luxor and start your exploration by visiting the West Bank, home to the Valley of the Kings.
